I booked two days here and there is nothing on the third party website I reserved/ pre-paid the rooms on about how they have a “no locals” rule including a specific list of zip codes that they do not allow based on the proximity of guest’s address on their driver’s license. (This is also not mentioned on their main website.) I was still charged for the two nights even though I was not permitted to check in and was told by their front desk clerk that I wouldn’t be charged. However, I was still charged the full price and had to go through an extensive amount of 1-800- customer service calls to get my money back. Huge waste of time but at least I got an email from them asking how I enjoyed my stay!
