The room was clean and comfortable, especially for the price paid. I truly believe you won’t find better customer service anywhere. Staff including management really went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our trip was a success.

I stayed at the comfort inn in artesia the woman at the desk wonderful her name started with a k she was very nice woman kept a smile on her face and helped with every question I had not really sure at the moment when I went to my room housekeeping was around the areas the twin of the one at the front desk both very mindful very nice cleanliness of my room amazing cleanliness of the hallways&Main entrance spectacular

Staying at the Comfort Inn is almost as good as being home, The staff is very professional and friendly. Starting from the manager Nicole Martin to the maintenance man. Have stayed at a bunch of hotels from 1 star to 5 star , and if had to choose one it would definitely be the Comfort Inn in Artesia New Mexico . Very hassle free experience. Thanks keep up the good work.

A great place to stay at a reasonable price. Rooms were large and well maintained. Staff were friendly. My wife liked their pillows and was able to buy one. This place is close to gas, food, and shopping. Plus close to many tourist areas. Enjoyed our stay.

I travel quite a bit for work. Plans often change fast. Always nice to have someone like Carla greeting you with a smile. She deserves a shout out. She is polite, professional, and always makes sure your stay is a pleasant one. Also, the housekeeping staff always does a great job. I recommend this facility.

The room was clean and the price was fair to the current rates. The staff was spectacular. Amanda, who ran the front counter has an amazing ability to connect with people and make them feel welcomed. I watched as various guests came through the door and she greeted each and everyone, not with just a general hello; but a follow up on something they had shared with her. For example, when I walked in towards the end of my stay she greeted and asked how my event (which brought me to town) went. When I checked in to the hotel another guest walked in and she asked how his day was including specifics. His eyes lit up and they enjoyed a brief conversation and he went on his way and she continued to work. Dawn did a great job getting the breakfast together and making sure everything was stocked and ready.

I stayed there in May and I was not very happy there. The room were not up to par. I stayed there recently and I gotta say the new housekeeping people is amazing. I’ve never seen the room so spectacular smell good they were clean the morning front desk agent was amazing kind, and helpful. All I have to say is the new housekeeping supervisor is doing an amazing job and as long they continue keeping the housekeeping team and the team leader / supervisor of cleaning i’ll definitely be coming about it more often.Give that housekeeping supervisor raise. They definitely deserve it.

I would like to say every time I come to Artesia I stay at Comfort inn suites and GM Nicole is very hospitable my room is always fresh and clean she don’t get enough credit for her dedication. Amanda also is very helpful and nice awesome place to stay
