El hotel en líneas generales tiene buenas instalaciones, pero no están actualizadas, la habitación estaba limpia pero olía a viejo al igual que la sabana y el cubrecama, NO me quedaría en ese hotel Nunca más/

Reservamos varias habitaciones durante una semana por tema de trabajo y la experiencia fue pésima. Las personas que nos atendieron para hacer el check in eran muy mayores y no pudieron ni abrir la puerta del alojamiento, tuvieron que llamar a la dueña para poder entrar, igual no son las personas adecuadas para gestionar determinados temas del hotel porque no saben como resolverlos, pero bueno... El hotel viejo, descuidado y SUCIO. En varias habitaciones habia bichos muertos por la habitación, lo comentamos con la dueña del hotel y como vimos que el problema no se resolvió decidimos cancelar la reserva y buscar otro sitio, a pesar de las condiciones pésimas de limpieza y mantenimiento del hotel y de nuestra queja y cancelación de la reserva por ese motivo, se negaron a devolvernos el dinero de la reserva. Elegimos este hotel por su cercania a Coruña y nos fuimos muy decepcionados. En definitiva: pésima gestión, limpieza inexistente y muy mala atención al cliente y resolución de problemas. A no ser que os guste dormir con bichos en la habitación, no recomendaria este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo.

Hotel sencillo, bastante "vintage" pero que cumple con lo contratado. Por el precio que pagamos, no se puede pedir más. Lo lleva un matrimonio mayor muy agradable, las habitaciones están limpias y el baño es completo. Además está muy bien situado con muchos bares y restaurantes al rededor para desayunar, comer o cenar.
