Lovely welcome on arrival from reception, super apartment with quirky furnishings and lovely verandah overlooking the bay. We would DEFINITELY return and recommend this accommodation highly.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel style furnitured apartment. No one speaks English, we had to use Google translate to understand. They have parking for 14.5€ per day in the parking facility that we paid for 4 days. Upon arrival the room was okay and no issues. They never refil the coffee pods or water or milk or sugar. They charge 1€ per pod 1€ per milk which is paid to receptionist directly.they ask for card authorisation for any damage which is fine upon our leave they pre authorized 3€ on my partner card assuming it's for the coffee and milk we initially find upon arrival. One day no house keeping cleaned as the reception said she is sick. But they don't care we had to go ask reception for towels and soap

Extremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!

All rooms can be reached by elevator, all rooms have a sea view and a barrier-free shower, but unfortunately the tiles are slippery. Kitchen equipment is very poor, no coffee machine, just an espresso maker. Room cleaning is top-notch and towels are changed regularly. Clothes rack on the balcony and the option to have breakfast for two. Unfortunately there is no shade. Roof terrace with deck chairs and umbrellas. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Lounge with drinks fridge on reception level, reasonable prices. Access to the hotel with a code. If you want to park your rental car in the underground car park, the hotel offers discounted access. Just ask when you check in. There is no parking in front of the hotel, and parking is even prohibited. This accommodation is suitable for people who like to party, like to be in the middle of the action and like to turn night into day. Not a location for those seeking peace and quiet, as the square and beach are used almost daily as Arrecife's event mile.

Excellent apartments in Arrecife, very comfortable, the solarium terrace with its jacuzzi make your stay very pleasant. This place has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, from the moment you check in, you feel you are well looked after, everywhere is exceptionally clean, bright and a little quirky, All rooms have a fabulous views, and the location is great for the beach, restaurants and bars. Fully equipped apartment. The best, in my opinion, is the terrace and the views. Large terrace with sun loungers and table for dinner or lunch. Pleasant treatment and cleanliness. Recommended for its location and its quality-price ratio. If I return, I will repeat.
