"Nice room. A bit more cramped than other B&B hotels. For example, the closet where you can hang your coat is very close to the bed, and so is the small desk. It's not easy to sit on the chair, and it makes getting into bed more difficult due to the limited space. The shower is good and spacious enough. Friendly staff. You can borrow a hairdryer at the front desk, which is convenient. Good location, close to many shops/restaurants and the main route."

"Nice hotel, strategically located just outside the old city centre. Service is good. There's an underground garag, that is not very clearly advertised on the hotel website and marked on the road as the Holiday Inn garage. The bar is absolutely wonderful with very nice staff. I enjoyed my stay here and will come again"

"The Arras Ibis Styles was the last hotel on our driving 'Tour de France' during May, we stopped at hotel/Logis in Normandy, Angers, Bordeaux, Narbonne, Lyon and Dijon, my wife and I both agreed that the Arras Ibis Styles hotel is perfect, its style, decor, public areas are superb, breakfast choice and service were perfect, however what makes the hotel perfect is the staff, all staff were excellent but the lady receptionist who checked us in arrived back at work while we had an early breakfast with a big smile on her face, this speaks volumes to us, please pass on thanks to all staff"

"The hotel is right next to the train station. The room was clean! The staff were very kind and warm. It was very pleasant for me, thank you very much :)! The hotel is right next to Arras station, and the staff at the front desk were very kind. The room was also very clean! There were no amenities such as toothbrushes in the room, but it said that if you forget, you can ask the front desk for them! A buffet breakfast was included, with yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, fruit, and drinks such as coffee, tea, juice, and even a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice! After checking out, they held my luggage for me, so I was able to sightsee at my leisure until my train time."
