Spent two delightful days and nights at this urban B&B, so close to the train and bus station you can easilyarrive from anywhere. Spacious and comfortable room with generous en-suite bathroom, just what we needed to come home to after hot days exploring Arras. We ordered a cheese and charcuterie platter for one evening; the gourmet selection beautifully chosen presented and the tray clearly made from the heart. Very nice continental breakfast, served with a warm welcome from our hosts to start the day. Homemade treats like jam and cakes were delicious. Staying at Au Coeur d'Eden is so better than any chain hotel, of which there are too many in this unique town. When we are again in Arras, we will definitely return! Thank you to Isabelle and her family who own and run this bed and breakfast - they give it a beautiful soul.

What a lovely place to stay in Arras, close to the centre with paid parking close by Great welcome from Isabelle, the room was beautiful with great decor and a large double shower Breakfast was good to with amazing cheeses There is a garden but as we only stayed one night we didn’t get a chance to use it Would we stay again, yes, recommended

A very welcoming old house of typical northern France architecture. Isabelle is very hospitable and we had a lovely spacious room overlooking the garden at the rear. We had a comfortable, large bed and slept very well. Breakfast was a tremendous spread of bread, croissants, cheese jam and other things. Specially good was the fresh orange juice. The pity was we could only stay one night.

Another fabulous visit after a four year break! Such a lovely family-run bed and breakfast. Situated within easy walking distance from town, this is a beautiful old house which has been renovated to a high standard. There’s lots of lovely little touches, from little sweets in the room, to nice toiletries and bathrobes. We loved the breakfast with home made jams and a delicious array of meats and cheeses. You can usually park outside (free after 6pm) and walk into town for dinner. The house also has a beautiful walled garden. Such a lovely spot, with a warm and friendly host who speaks excellent English. Thanks for a super visit!

Nous y sommes allés en couple pour fêter nos 10 ans de rencontre. C’est Mr qui avait réservé du coup je ne savais rien de l’endroit où il m’emmenait. Immédiatement sous le charme de la maison qui est idéalement située (5min des places, 2min de la gare). Le lieu et accueillant et les propriétaires aux petits soins. La chambre des lumières, spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. J’ai apprécié les toilettes séparés de la sdb. Sdb qui est d’ailleurs équipée d’une grande douche à l’italienne et d’une baignoire balnéo ! Le lit très confortable parsemé de pétales de roses (en option) Mention spéciale pour le délicieux petit déjeuner que nous a préparé Isabelle la propriétaire. Pour résumé j’ai adoré l’endroit très romantique pour l’occasion. Nous recommandons à 100%

Un très belle endroit a deux pas de la gare et du centre ville. Un accueil formidable de la part de Mr et Mme Allely des petites attentions au petit dej ainsi que des boissons fraîche a disposition au long du séjour qui sont bien agréable . Le moment du petit dej est un délice. La chambre que nous avons eu été celle des matières d' une belle taille très propre et avec une literie confortable.Tout est largement positive on ne peut que vous encouragez tout d'abord on as deja prevu de revenir au printemps sans aucun doute. Encore pour ce bon moment . jerome et samia
