"The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice"

"Perfect stay. Well appointed room, huge bathroom with shower, separated WC area, double sink. Very quitet, great curtains. Excellent 4-course menui on half board. Nice heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi, big indoor pool. Plenty of sun beds. Great relax area. Shuttle bus to the train station and Last but not least, very professional staff. Unfortunately I only remeber the name of Max form the reception but everybody else also deserve a specials thanks. The young man who drove the shuttle, the young waiter who speaks italian etc"

"We were a large group that stayed at this hotel for several days last week. We know the hotel well, as we have been staying there for several years. This year I was extremely impressed by the family atmosphere that has prevailed there since the change to the upper floor. We were given a very warm welcome at the hotel and the service was top notch. Above all, Reto, who had everything under control and, no matter how hectic it was, always had a smile on his face and was in a good mood. The food was served quickly, even though we were a large group, and, of course, what is very important, it was excellent. Above all, a lot of attention is paid to detail and that sets this hotel apart from other hotels (today). The nice ladies and gentlemen at the bar and in the service (whose name I unfortunately can't remember, sorry) were also very friendly. We had a great week at the Hotel Sunstar and would like to thank everyone who spoiled us during the week from the bottom of our hearts for their efforts and certainly also for the overtime they put in for us. :) Since I also worked in a hotel a few years ago, I know how happy it is to receive positive feedback. For this reason, I wanted to take a few minutes to thank this great hotel and its employees. Keep up the good work and you will definitely move towards number 1 in this rating. :) Sandra"
