The only two favorable points are the location and the view from the rooms, otherwise the service provision is precarious, terrible cleaning, very dirty, very old bed sets and towels... the water ran out twice during our stay... Breakfast had no options and one day we told people that the oats were full of larvae, they didn't even apologize, they frowned at the warning and simply changed the oats. We will not return, nor recommend.

Excellent guesthouse!
Very cool collaborators, especially Daniel and Marcelo who, since the call, had a great attitude.
I needed to stay overtime and they provided us with towels and a place to get ready in peace. Very helpful.
The breakfast and the view were sensational!
Only the sauna was closed due to the pandemic. But the service was so good, I didn't even care.
Some really sweet ones!
One suggestion: microwave available.

Muy linda posada. Excelente desayuno, variedad de alimentos. Trabajadores muy amables y corteses, tanto los chicos de recepción como los meseros y los de la cocina. Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la playa Joao Fernandes. Ademas te trasladan ellos cada dia de la semana a distintas playas. Muy recomendable. Seguramente volveremos con mi marido.

La posada es hermosa. Excelente ubicación. El personal que trabaja alli es sumamente responsable y amable . Siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Fue una estadía realmente soñada. Sin duda volvería alli. Desayuno super completo y riquísimo. Las habitaciones todas comodas y con una vista insuperable.

Excelente experiencia, las instalaciones lindas y limpias, el personal amable, la vista maravillosa!! Cuentan con transfer que traslada a playas y al centro por horarios, que facilita la llegada a muchos lugares. Hotel libre de humo y no hay ruido durante la noche lo que lo hace ideal para ir con niños.

Excelente hotel, nada para cambiar. Volvería a elegirlo sin duda. Viajamos 7 días en familia. Solo agregaría algún sector de juegos o entretenimiento, ya que Buzios con lluvia es aburrido y al ir con niños pequeños, si llueve, se hace tedioso. Solo eso en post mejora, lo q tienen, es excelente!

Sin dudas recomendamos esta pousada para ir en familia. Es excelente y su personal muy cordial, especialmente junior y diego… tienen traffics de traslado free al centro y a playas seleccionadas todos los días. Limpieza y tranquilidad.
