This hotel has yet to refund me for leaving early. Asked me to email have done so 3 times stoped by twice. So avoid this hotel management is a joke and incompetent and lazy. Shame it came to this with this hotel but the staff was friendly just management needs to be sacked

There is about 120 people staying here with Tripadeal, one of those people is me. I simply asked the bar lady and the receptionist for some ice and water and they said ‘No!’ However, later I see a man given some ice in a glass. Simply just two very rude ladies!

Punti positivi: 1- posizione vicinissima ad Arles e vicina all’autostrada 2-ragazze al desk gentilissime, sorridenti e disponibili 3-spazi comuni al piano terra in stile Ibis ma ben curati e puliti Punti Negativi 1- prezzo elevatissimo per servizi offerti 2- per 2 ospiti dati in dotazione solo 2 asciugamani (uno per persona per viso, intimo e doccia) e una saponetta 3- camera piccola e angusta, non curata e davvero triste 4- assenza di frigobar, prese di corrente (una sola nascosta sotto al comodino), scopino per il wc. 5- porte mal messe, corridoi con moquette non troppo in ordine 6-colazione abbondante ma dozzinale e non c’era nulla che eccedeva in qualità. La prima stanza che ci hanno assegnato puzzava tantissimo di fumo (nonostante i divieti affissi ovunque). Abbiamo avvisato al desk e la ragazza gentilissima in pochi secondi ci ha cambiato la stanza. Per la cifra spesa non lo consiglio.

The worst place, the receptionist was unbelievably rude. She barely acknowledged me and was most unhelpful.. I asked for a pool towel and was informed that I needed to use my room towel. When I mentioned that it would be wet when I showered later, she shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me. Breakfast was budget, the coffee machine out of order, no knifes or teaspoons or water to drink. Limited selection of food for a buffet. The room was pokey and the shower broken. Avoid this place.

Intendiamoci: l’Ibis è un hotel economico, dunque le camere sono piccole e tutto è essenziale. Non solo: in questo caso è collocato in una zona periferica a ridosso dell’autostrada. Però: la nostra stanza era stata rimodernata di recente (parquet in camera e bagno da poco rifatto). E poi era silenziosa! Il parcheggio dell’auto è all’interno della struttura ed è gratuito. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel ma vi abbiamo cenato e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Per finire, personale attento e gentile! Si può essere contenti!

Hôtel bien et pratique quand on est en voyage d’affaire, idéalement placé. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec de bons choix le seul bémol sera sur l’isolation des chambres … j’ai malheureusement été à côté de voisins bruyants qui m’ont empêché de dormir et pour une fois j’avais oublié mes boules quies…quand on travaille pas top
