The room are not like in the photos. Are much older and at least mine was much smaller. I paied 2 days for breakfast and only ate once because there was really nothing especial and not worth the price.
The good part was really the location and the pool.
By the check out they asked me for the full amount when I had payed already in advance and they were about to charge me again. Then I requested towels for the pool and it was said that they ran out of pool towels and the housekeeping didn't wanted to give any others for us to use.
I never leave reviews in general only when I have great experiences but I believe this should be a learning moment for you.

It's right behind the tour office, and the location is great.
Not only the reception, but also the staff are friendly and the room is clean. This is a room that reminds me of Van Gogh's yellow color.

Hotel according to the category, good position and clean and remodeled rooms. The breakfast was good, good quality and plenty of variety. The facilities in general a bit old but the room was fine, which is the most important.

Avons séjourné 1 nuit en chambre quadruple , nous avons été très déçus . Arrivés dans le hall de l'hôtel, fortes odeurs de nourriture et d'égout. Accueil du réceptionniste : porte de prison... Dans la chambre pas de bouilloire comme prévu dans le descriptif, chambre du 1er étage donnant sur la cuisine, bruyant et malodorant (le soir comme le matin au réveil). Travaux dans les chambres au meme étage. Pas digne d'un 3 étoiles.

Lovely position, hotel right near Arles town centre. Understaffed - breakfast buffet chaos, nothing replenished, tables never cleared. Evening meals rather drab. Rooms ok, clean, but lacking wardrobe/cupboard space. Swimming pool shut from late September onwards.

The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The downside was the breakfast. Without going into details the catering was a hit and miss. Staff at reception were very courteous but little they could do with few staff in restaurant. The hotel is in centre of Arles but alright if just for one night or two.

Like two other reviews, I concur how dreadful this hotel was. The tour otherwise was excellent. The bedrooms lack any shelves or drawers and basically we lived out of our suitcases for six nights. The bathroom was a disaster waiting to happen. The water drained out of the bath and sink as there were no plugs. The drains smelt. The lights above the sink collapsed into the sink. The towels rail hung off the wall as did the tissue box. The towels and toiletries were not always replaced. Now to the food. There was a board at the entrance to the eating area which listed a choice of meals, but there was no choice. The evening meals were unbeatable. We ate out at a cost of around 400 euros for four nights. The breakfast was a bun fight with two other coach tours. The coffee machines, three of them kept breaking down and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in bedrooms. Strangely, there was no bar to speak of. If you do not like lifts, you would need a torch one guest remarked to climb the stairs.
