"Nice big pool, spacious, however our rooms were infront of an orchard and the wasps made it impossible to use our balcony. Also the self catering apartments both lacked a saucepan we asked at reception for one so we could cook but were told NO!!!. Also back doors didn't lock told to use shutters which the lock fell out of whenever you tried to lock it. Hinge broken on kitchen shutters which therefore wouldn't close, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, mouldy ceiling in bathroom, blg long black hairs left in sink n shower and yellow water in loo brush."

"The stay was great and Nikos was an amazing host. Really quick and easy communication, he was very helpful and helped me out locate all locals facilities I needed, as well as beach recommendations. The apartment was in great condition, with modern decoration, very neat and quiet! Just 4 minutes by car/10 min walk from the main streets and restaurants. 100% recommended!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights with a couple of friends. My wife and I had room 304 which is a very large room with a balcony - side sea view. The room is great and very comfortable. Has a mini fridge, safe, coffee maker with capsules and kettle etc. Very comfortable bed. The hotels location is perfect - a few meters in a side alley of the promenade. Many cafes, shops and restaurants 3 minutes walk away and so are the beautiful turtles. We rented a car and always found parking on the promenade even if we had to wait 5 minutes for a space. The breakfast is not large but you actually have all that you want/need including eggs made to order. The hotel has a spa which my wife used. The receptionists Georgia and Lilia are very kind and helpful and so is the entire staff. Recommended! If we ever return to beautiful Kefalonia we will no doubt stay here again."

"Just back from this hotel everything about this hotel was great. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful Rosa is absolutely amazing at breakfast the food was fresh every day and she was so helpful working none stop to keep everything refreshed nothing was too much trouble for her. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept the hotel spotless. The location was excellent and the room was fine for a three star hotel we would definitely stay there again if we visit Argostoli again "

"Really disappointing accomodation. Booked this as a 3T rating as a Tui package holiday and self catering. Tui changed this to room only, which was OK as had a fridge (although would never have booked room only), thought 3T would be nice...but had a stained shower tray and dirty shower curtain, grimy floor with dirty grout, generally run down and shabby. Positives were it had a full size fridge and the bed was comfortable, pool area was nice too. Room was so disappointing and just looks dirty and not what I expected. Didn't experience any issues with staff as per other reviews. The hotel is up a very steep hill which was fine for us, but it is quite a walk back up, or 8 euro in a taxi. Bar prices are expensive, but you are stuck to.pay it unless you head into town. Wouldn't go back sadly."

"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"My wife and I recently spent a week at the Princess Hotel. On arrival the shower cubicle in our room was broken. We reported this and they immediately got a maintenance guy to take a look. As it couldn’t be mended they agreed for us to move to a more modern room which was spotlessly clean. The room (number 30) was a bit small but fine for a week away, and had a balcony which got the late afternoon sun. All the staff were so helpful and cheerful It made the holiday relaxed and enjoyable. It’s in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and other bars and restaurants. The bar, food and the pool are all great. Would definitely recommend to other couples or families with older kids."
