"Unfortunately the evaluation cannot be real because it is mandatory to put the smileys, but I paid but did not benefit from it because the hotel kept 100% of the cancellation penalty even though I demonstrated the reason for the cancellation with a sheet issued by the facility for an operation Refused for various health problems. I did not ask for the full refund but at least I could take a penalty of 60% so they also made the customer happy unfortunately nothing to do. Kind regards"

"This hotel is not far from the highway. We booked it temporarily on the way from Rome to Venice, and we couldn't reach Venice because of the car. However, the breakfast in this hotel is good, the room is quite large, and the price is moderate. The attitude of the front desk staff was average. When I asked about the air conditioning problem, they were unwilling to solve it. The air conditioning was never turned on. The front desk did not speak English well and it was difficult to communicate!"

"The best thing about the hotel is its location, centrally located and close to the main attractions. As for the rest, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms poorly insulated, and you could hear all the noise from the kitchen and common areas. If you're carrying suitcases, it's not very convenient to get there, as the elevator is very small and you'll almost certainly have to take the stairs. We were traveling with our toddler, and the elevator only fit one person."

"Although the hotel is shown in Arezzo, it isn’t! About 10km outside. €20 taxi ride away. First rom we had was small with a charming view over the car park. Soon sorted. Suite 202. Recommend. Huge and lovely views over the garden and Tuscan hills beyond. Staff really helpful! Good ok but not spectacular."

"A stone's throw from Arezzo and a short distance from the beautiful towns of Lucignano and Anghiari, the structure is therefore strategically useful for visiting this part of Tuscany. Large and comfortable rooms "left" to their former glory (including doors). Beautiful stone swimming pool, super breakfast with homemade products as well as the restaurant offer. Flavors of the past, with homemade pasta, excellent sauces and special condiments. We don't know if it was just this particular period but equip yourself with mosquito repellent :)"
