Great location to downtown Arezzo and near train station. Friendly staff. Bed was harder than we’d prefer; however, it was the same as a different hotel we stayed at in Rome. I believe the style is bedding may just be different than we are used too. Overall, for the price, location, cleanliness, and the charm, it is perfect get away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about our three day stay was perfect, from the online booking with Elena to the checkout. She was so helpful and gave us information about local restaurants. Big room decorated with Klimt pictures with everything we needed including a beautiful view of the town. Spotlessly clean. We loved the fact that we could make use of the kitchen and the fridge and enjoyed most of our meals out on the pretty terrace. That was a real bonus. The location is perfect for those like us arriving by train and for exploring the region. It’s basically across the road from the station and is on the sixth floor of an apartment building. Because it’s so high up, you don’t hear much of the road noise. There’s a large supermarket right next door and the old town is a short (maximum 10 minute) walk away. The continental breakfast was very nice, as was the lady who prepared it of a morning. There’s a vending machine with coffee capsules for the coffee machine you can use any time, bottled water etc. Everything is extremely well organised. Impressive!

Excellently located near to Arezzo station, friendly host, great terrace where one can scoff down your breakfast or have a beer in the sun from the rooftops.(Seasonal adjustments apply!) Well priced too...
