Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare .

It took me 1 hour to check in, the room was pleasant but the flaw was that the double bed was small and the ventilation system was on even though the display was set to Off, so it was suffocatingly hot.
Overall a nice Hotel/B&B.

Si trova nelle vicinanze della Fiera di Arezzo, zona tranquilla, ricca dei diversi trasporti urbani per recare al centro,la stanza ben curata, pulita (ogni giorno! Anche gli asciugamani. Frigobar, tv Smart (vedo i miei video preferiti scaricati del iPad o i canali, streaming, la colazione è fantastica.. il cameriere gentile e simpatico, porta le bevande calde (non a distributore) anche il ristorante (non seguo ma prossima volta passerò !) il menù è ottimo anche piatti tipici perfino le pizze! Nella sala reception un cassettone ben fornito di cose utili, snack, biscotti ecc anche il frigo vetrina molte bevande analcoliche e alcoliche..il personale del reception è gentile, simpatico.. mi accolgono vivamente ! Complimenti.. verrò di nuovo!
