Selina Arequipa

El hotel está muy bien hay muchas áreas comunes y son amables, me hubiera gustado que el personal se interesara un poco más en huésped para ofrecer información de la ciudad y eventos

I was there in September, and I have repeatedly stayed in all the Selinas in Peru. But in Arequipa I spent a very unpleasant night. I opted to take the shared room and at midnight, 2 drunk tourists entered along with ladies who were not guests and were having intimacy. I complained but luckily the security guard took them out but did not say anything to the tourists. As if it were something common for these things to happen. I concluded that since it is a hotel where they hold parties and events, they do not have good security control. Anyone can enter.

1st night of 4 and it's already the worst stay. I chose Selina with my partner in a private room to ensure quality sleep and privacy. I arrived to sleep at approximately 2 am with my partner, we bought some liquor in the store of the accommodation and we just went to sleep at 4:30 am when without any warning at approximately 7 am a truck less than 5 meters away from the room began to load parts of a scaffold and made the loudest and most intolerable noise by throwing the parts of the iron one on top of the other over and over again for approximately 1 hour! From 7 AM! and a holiday in this city, where people are supposed to rest until a little later. A lodging is supposed to ensure one of the main things is the quality of sleep. No consideration or minimum criteria knowing that there is a room literally next to what I assume is a garage. Honestly the most disappointing thing and to think that it is just our 1st night.
