This hotel was absolutely fantastic if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Cannot praise the staff enough always went out of their way to please nothing to much trouble. We went in late Sepember so the hotel was fairly quiet which suited us as the hotel was due to shut down for the winter come October. If you wanted a beach holiday then you would have to travel a short distance but this never became a probem. Would definitely Come back again without a second thought !!

**Review of Barcelo NURA, Menorca**
Overall: I had an enjoyable stay at Barcelo NURA, but it falls short of a 5-star experience. I would consider trying another hotel next time I visit Menorca.
**Positives:**
- **Food:** The breakfast buffet is expansive with lots of options.
- **Staff:** All very polite and helpful.
- **Pool Area:** Spacious with lots of options.
- **Gym:** Well-equipped and nice, though small.
**Negatives:**
- **Food:** Warm dishes were often cold as they sat out too long.
- **Staff:** Not enough staff, particularly around the pool area. Service was very slow. Miriam, the only bartender during lunch service one day, was clearly overworked.
- **Rooms/General Look and Feel:** Weathered and not up to 5-star standards, with cracked tiles and a general lack of luxury.
- **Location:** Very isolated with no shops nearby, though this is not the hotel's fault.
- **Value for Money:** I don’t believe this hotel offers good value for the price.

Great hotel and facilities, lovely staff and food. I would recommend this hotel and would come back in the future. It’s a place that you can stay and relax without the need to leave if that’s your cup of tea. Shops and beaches are reachable with a 20/25min walk.

Fantástico el hotel. Excelente el servicio. La gastronomía inmejorable. Todo muy bien cuidado, lo que hace que sea un oasis de paz. Tuvimos una estancia formidable. Sin duda el mejor hotel, trato y servicio que hemos recibido en la isla y con ganas de volver de nuevo!

It’s a fantastic hotel, perfect for couples to go and relax. We enjoyed the modern facilities and service levels offered by staff, in particular Mark the chef who was fantastic. It was a perfect time of year for us being so quiet as the holiday season closes while enjoying great weather. We will be back and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet/ relaxing break!

If you’re in two minds about staying at this hotel then do it. It’s honestly so gorgeous. The location thing didn’t really bother us too much. There’s enough restaurants a short taxi ride away that it doesn’t really matter. Ciutadella is an hour away and even if we had a car I don’t know if we would want to do that journey. The food and drinks are sooo good and the breakfast is lovely. Staff and kind and the hotel is stunning and well kept. It’s a very laid back vibe. It was a perfect holiday for us.

Found the property really well laid out, spacious and private. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on our arrival and nothing was any trouble. The grounds and rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed in our accommodation was just so comfortable. A car, we thought, is must here though as places to visit are more than just a short walk away. Would highly recommend to anyone for a relaxing break. We will defiantly return for another holiday.
