This place is the home for activities. There is a shed which contains lots of sports equipment. The sports being: ping pong, football, basketball and golf. All of that supplied us with an entire holiday of fun. Not forgetting the group of slides situated behind the buffet (which has some good food). The slides range from rainbow racing slides that gives plenty of competitive fun, to slow green slides which give a relaxing ride down. Not forgetting that the enclosed slide provides a full light show in one short journey. The kiddie pool was a perfect attraction for my young daughter. The warmed pool was the best temperature for having the most fun. We encountered the "magic carpet" which is just a tarp that is spread across part of the pool. My children were instantly in love. The room was a moderate size allowing some version of privacy without needing any walls to split us apart. We had NO sleeping problems. The entertainment was very widespread, our favourite one was the movie quiz which we won. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with children.

Let me start with the positive: the location is very good. The beach is one of the best in Spain and the water is crystal clear. Good for small children as there are hardly waves. The hotel is right at the beach. Just a nice walk down. The negative: we didn’t like the food so much. The rooms are small and our view was the garbage place of the hotel. What we disliked the most though were the people who come to this hotel. Mostly British families, extremely loud, drinking alcohol from the morning to the evening, smoking all the time. Think tattoos, football jerseys, bad manners. So if you want to have a bit of peace and quiet and are used to 4 stars I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Bon hôtel dans une baie magnifique Hôtel sympa dans un très bel environnement. L'hôtel se compose de plusieurs bâtiments, répartis sur une assez grande surface avec 4 piscines, club pour enfants, animations,...et donc beaucoup de monde y circule. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffets qui sont assez répétitifs mais on y trouve quand même de quoi manger...dommage que le comportement de certains clients vient parfois gâcher la prise des repas. Un grand merci à Isabel et son équipe qui font des efforts pour satisfaire chacun. Les chambres sont de taille correcte, très propres avec des lits confortables. L'accueil a été très agréable, un grand merci à Elena et toute l'équipe de la réception qui font de leur mieux pour toutes les demandes. Un simple sourire et un geste amical vous permettent de vous sentir chez vous. Un point à améliorer c'est le nombre de places de parking pour PMR. Pour tout l'hôtel , il n'y en a que 2, c'est un peu limite!!! Il faudrait également un règlement beaucoup plus strict notamment pour le bruit occasionné par certaines personnes après minuit... Les alentours de l'hôtel permettent de faire de jolies balades , un véhicule est nécessaire pour aller visiter les sites importants de l'île de Minorque jamais trop éloignés de l'hôtel. La plage est très belle, bien aménagée et propre et le soir, on peut observer un coucher de soleil sublime. Un hôtel idéal avec une bonne infrastructure pour passer de bons moments.

We stayed for a week in Oct 24 half term, with our two children, 11 and 6yrs. We had realistic expectations, after reading the previous reviews, and for the price we paid, and we were not disappointed. For us, this was a cheap all inclusive family week in the October sun, with pool and beach, and it was great. The facilities for the kids are great. Very nice park, bouncy castle area, kids club, and pools. All clean and well maintained. Location was amazing. The bay is beautiful. Just a 2 minute walk down the path from the hotel to a stunning bay. We hired paddle boards and a pedalo at the beach, and the water is so clear and calm, it was great. Also lots of fish to see, when we went snorkelling. Entertainment Team we’re great with the kids, and always something fun for them to do. We had a room with a double bed and bunk beds. Wasn’t the biggest, but was as expected, and we only slept and showered/changed in there. Cleaners came everyday, made up beds, swept and mopped floor and fresh towels. We took our own pillows, after reading the previous reviews, but the pillows there were actually fine. Food was standard for all inclusive. Lots of choice. Good salads, fresh fruit, something different on the grill each day, and good paella available every day. Burger bar by the pool (standard), and a pizza place which was good. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a well maintained and clean hotel, with good facilities. We would go back!
