I am very unhappy because I have discovered that despite the city tax was already included in my trip.com booking and was collected from me by trip.com, this hotel has kept city tax second time from my deposit, not notifying me anyhow, not sending me any invoice whatever: I just discovered this by checking my bank report. At the time of check in they asked me at reception to pay city tax. I have shown them the booking confirmation, city tax included and paid. They confirmed there is no problem, and I don’t need to pay it again. But then they decided to silently keep it from my deposit after I checked out. If I wasn’t attentive I wouldn’t even know it. Now I reported to trip.com and I’m sure they will handle it, trip.commas excellent support service, I’m happy with. As for the hotel, I see such action as theft, naturally. This class of hotel you are not expecting something like this to happen. They shall be ashamed.
