Ideale uitvalbasis om te gaan skiën, maar het personeel weet niet hoe ze een hotel moeten runnen. Ik schat de gemiddeld leeftijd van het personeel op 20 a 22. De foto's die wij via tui gezien hadden gaven een vertekend beeld van de luxe van het hotel. De kamers zijn klein maar dit wisten we, maar de kamers vallen ook letterlijk uit elkaar. De schakelaar voor de electriciteit is van de muur gevallen, het stopcontact naast de badkamerdeur komt mee uit de muur als je het niet voorzichtig uittrekt, het hout rond het raam ligt los, barsten in het pleisterwerk.... Er zijn 2 grote eetzalen en een kleindere waar vooral het personeel en het animatie team eet. Maar ze zien er geen probleem in om gasten in een ongezellige ruimte met het personeel en animatie team te laten eten in plaats van de t****e mooie eetzaal klaar te zetten of deftig te checken of er plaats is in de eerste eetzaal. In de eetzaal met het personeel hoor je hun dan ook mooi hun beklag doen over hoe ze deze job niet graag doen.... Oké dat ze hier over willen ventileren, maar niet waar gasten bij zitten.

Hôtel très bien ainsi que la qualité de la restauration plutôt très diversifié, un peu loin pour rejoindre les pistes mais aménagement de l'hôtel au top avec piscine et SPA !

Positives: - friendly staff - room cleaned every day Negatives: - reception isn’t 24/7, no help other than at key times in the morning and evening (not sure what would happen if you lost your room key) - lift; only one and constantly in use leading to long waits daily. - food: some nights better than others but overall disappointing and mostly poor quality - noise: rooms small and lots of noise at all hours - if you go in school holidays be prepared for lots of children. We often do this but it was more noticeable here. 5 min walk to lifts Overall I will not be coming back to this hotel and would struggle to recommend it to anyone other than perhaps a large group looking for a cost effective option.

Voilà une formule parfaite pour vraiment se détendre. Tout est pris en main, cuisine, ménage, animation, enfants… Mais on a aussi le droit de coconer; tout est à la carte et les chambres sont belles. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse.

L accueil est top, l équipe est superbe et aux petits soins à chaque demande. L hôtel est très propre, on y mange sous forme de buffet varié, toujours le sourire au bar et à l accueil, on adore les animations. Merci pour notre semaine, on se retrouvera bientôt avec plaisir

On est mercredi : toujours loin des pistes, toujours un accueil peu efficace, toujours un check-in à 18h, toujours un sol collant après la soirée du réveillon, toujours un ascenseur en panne, toujours des chambres trop petites, toujours une terrasse pas déneigée. Le club enfant est toujours un peu discret parce que personne ne sait vraiment comment il fonctionne. Le loueur de ski et l’accueil ferment toujours en journée, donc mieux vaut ne pas avoir de problème à ce moment-là. Quant à la formule bar “all inclusive”, elle ne l’est pas vraiment : un café oui, mais pas un café au lait ; une margarita oui, mais pas un mojito. Bref, une prestation toujours beaucoup trop chère.

A very French club hotel, rooms Are small but comfy, showers seem to run hot and cold. Plenty of food at meal times and lots of choice with buffet and special dishes. They did have problems with the pool temp and the spa tended to have lots of youngsters even though it was for 18+ Overall a good hotel with ski store in basement.
