We had originally booked their sister hotel but they upgraded us to this hotel, and also upgraded us to a seaview room. The check in was lovely and the common areas are beautiful. This place is huge and is basically a whole village which is nice to walk to (internally.) The 5 pools and beach are great. Our room was ok, a bit outdated. Great balcony and lots of space for your suitcase. There was a safe and a fridge which was good but lighting was a bit weird and hard to figure out. We had booked half board. Breakfast was great but due to low occupancy they were offering a set menu. It was not brilliant but it was an exception as evidenced by the good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the upgrade!

Nous avons terminé notre circuit en Jordanie par cet hôtel pour passer un moment de détente. L hôtel est agréable, le personnel tant au niveau de la réception, du service room, de la plage, du restaurant est attentionné et aimable. La chambre était austère (un minimum de décoration serait le bienvenu) avec une terrasse et belle vue sur mer. Salle d eau vieillissante. Propreté correcte et matelas bons. Restaurant petit déjeuner et dîner sous la forme de buffets diversifiés et de bonne qualité. Ils ont essayé de proposer un menu au lieu du buffet, ce fut une catastrophe. Nous avons attendu une demi-heure entre le potage et le plat principal, le dessert a été plus rapide... un quart d'heure. Dommage car le buffet fonctionne bien et est bon. La plage est correcte et direct avec l hôtel. Nous sommes proche de la Marina, 1/4 d heure à pied pour aller au restaurant lorsque nous sommes en demi-pension. Des boutiques avec différents commerces.

The Otel is generally nice, the pools are so good and the sea ıs good too but in the sea, there is so much rock. The rooms are big and clean, just sometimes, toilets making bad smell, the breakfast so good and tasty, every personnel in here are so kind and sweet. Thanks for everything.
