"Easy to get to and yiu are given a warm soft cookie on check in, amazing! The room had a sea view but due to the shape of the building, the room is constantly in shadow and over looks the pool. On check in you are given a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant on the top floor. The food was delicious and with the discount it was very fairly priced. One downside is that because it was so quite the head waiter would not leave us alone and kept asking for a good review, which is always annoying and needy. The spa is not reccomended, after paying for a 60 minute massage, including the compulsory shower it lasted 50 minutes, so around 40 minutes actually receiving the service, very very dissapointing. Parking is in a dusty dirt car park next to the hotel."

"I spent my birthday weekend in hyatt regency hotel. Best team ever specially the staff Firas, one of the best room service managers i ever met. made me 2 birthday cakes with flowers and balloons. Was literally heartwarming and so kind of him. Everything was amazing the location, the food and ambiance. I only think that they need to level up the room equipments and provide more of housekeeping in rooms."

A very special thank you to Albhey/Alberto for the outstanding hospitality and personal care. Every day he surprised us with beautiful room arrangements and thoughtful details that made our experience extra special and unforgettable. He was always smiling, positive, and welcoming, and his personal attitude made us feel truly comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole stay. Highly recommended!"
