We booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ****. At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

We love the location of this hotel, it’s a short walk to the beach or into the main square. The hotel is not over crowded and has a separate children’s pool that is lovely and quiet too. It is the 2nd time we have stayed and again we were not disappointed.

Wir waren im September 2024 für zehn Tage im Anna's House. Nach unserer Ankunft wollte uns die Dame an der Rezeption in ein ca. 800m entferntes Nebengebäude abschieben, das lediglich über einen direkt an der Straße gelegenen Minipool verfügte. Nach unserer Remonstration wurden wir dann doch in dem Gebäude beim Fitnesscenter untergebracht und bekamen dort ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Unser Gepäck durften wir zum Dank zwar selbst wieder ausladen und der versprochene Welcomedrink fiel ebenfalls aus, aber wir haben das verkraftet. Neben diesen ersten negativen Eindrücken war unser Aufenthalt im Anna's House aber ganz toll, was man für den Preis aber auch erwarten darf. Das Frühstück ist, wie allseits erwähnt, hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist der Mann an der Poolbar (Yannis), der mit einer sehr freundlichen und persönlichen Art leckere Cocktails und kleine Snacks zwischendurch zaubert. Auch der Pool und die Liegen rundherum sind top. Alles in allem ist die Anlage Anna's House zu empfehlen. Es wäre aber fair potentielle Kunden darauf hinzuweisen, dass sie mit einer Unterbringung in einem Nebengebäude und nicht im Hauptgebäude, mit dem in allen Medien geworben wird, zu rechnen haben. Die Lage von Anna's House außerhalb von Georgioupolis ist gut, in wenigen Minuten ist sowohl der nächstgelegene Strand, die super Taverne Arkadis sowie das Zentrum der Ortschaft bequem zu erreichen.

We arrived at Anna's House at noon after an exhausting trip that started around midnight. The staff took everything to please us, although we were fatigued and a bit impatient. The hotel consists of 4 buildings, so well organized, with specific amenities for each customer or family type: seniors, families with small children, young families, and couples. The gardens and the pool were amazing, the breakfast was very rich in offer, taste, and flavors, even for the most peculiar customer, and the staff was very welcoming. the golf car were always ready to take guests from one building to another or to bring guest to the village. The beach nearby is with sand. For me, the whole experience helped me to understand that this is the right place for me to come in the future every time I need a gateway to the sea.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Die überschaubare Anlage ist fast familiär, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, es gibt sogar Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Auch der Pool und der Frühstücksraum sind sauber und gepflegt. Dass der technische Standard eher griechisch ist, und damit eben teilweise etwas wackelige Möbel, oder eine nachlaufende WC Spülung weiß man vorher und die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen eindeutig. Wir hatten über TUI gebucht, Preis Leistung eindeutig völlig OK. Weiterempfehlung eindeutig JA.

Very nice and modern apartments at a walking distance from the beach the restaurants and the central square. A nice relaxing place for a holiday break. August time is always busy yet the hotel is located at a very quiet area. Ideal for families with kids.

Cet établissement est installé à côté d un élevage de moutons chèvres canards poules ... dans un état pitoyable. Des odeurs noseabombes et même des rats morts sur la route à 2 pas du pont rendent l accès aux établissements proches difficilement supportable même en apnée.

Large and nice apartment that suited us for a family of 4. Fun for the children in the pool like a little "playland", although it probably suits even smaller ones. Fantastic staff who provide maximum service and lovely facilities by the pool. Extra thanks to Arizana, you were amazing from start to finish. Extra plus for the exercise room, very good (please get airicon there...? Good cleaning of rooms, she even did the dishes! I would love to come back!
