From the front desk to the room , service was amazing, Mildred was helping me with all the information about the place and the food , she wanna make sure I’ll get the whole memo and everything about the stay , she was so kind with great hospitality , enjoy the stay and the delicious breakfast we sure gonna go back to this hotel again .

A la habitacion no llegaba el internet para conectarse y por ello mismo la television se congelaba a cada rato. Al hacer el check out cobraron un tipo de cambio mucho muy superior al actual, lo que es ilegal en Mexico y considero una accion sinverguenza Pesima experiencia y no lo recomiendo...

They have changed my room on two occasions, first because the window did not close properly and then because the heating does not work. It seemed like a good hotel but from what I see the maintenance is terrible and the rate is high in relation to cost-benefit.

They are in the process of refurbishing the whole place which means the reception area, bar and general space is either closed or a temporary fix in place. They needed to do something to modernize the place as there are many new hotels now in the local area. Thankfully there is a good restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. Water pressure is poor so showers not great. Rooms are nicely done and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location for the airport and the industrial area around it.

I booked this hotel in advance and had already been well received in the past, but this time I felt betrayed, as it was being modernized with an entrance from the back and was in a truly embarrassing state. My complaint is that at the time of booking they should have notified me anything, in their favor and honesty is that when I refused to stay they didn't make me pay anything but left me to find alternatives without giving any help at all. It's not done like that

Hotel is being renovated, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast including fruit, yogurt, hot breakfast, juice and coffee included with stay. Free shuttle to and from airport. Stay was very pleasant. Check out the pics.
