Un hotel muy bonito, de buena calidad,su personal muy atentos y amables y cuestión de la comida muy rica. Nada más como recomendación unas almohadas más cómodas.
Lo recomiendo y regresaría nuevamente cuando esté en Apizaco!!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!
Amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was excellent too. I had a minor issue with my television not turning on but it was fixed by staff immediately. My only complaint is that I believe a maid stole some of my friend's souvenirs. Long story.

Gran experiencia
La experiencia en general muy buena, el servicio y la habitación excelente. Lo único que no nos agrado fue la alberca no estaba climatizada y había un poco de basuritas flotando, y el segundo día en la mañana empezaron a limpiar el techo, estando gente en la alberca

Mentirosos
La alberca según era climatizada por eso decidí venir a este hotel , y pues no lo estaba, avise en recepción y dijeron que iban a mandar al técnico pero nunca llego, el agua caliente en la habitación dura 10 segundos, la atención en recepción es muy fría , son jetones , lo único bueno es la atención de restaurante y la comida , no regresaría a este hotel

Ya conozco el hotel y me agrado regresar.
Cafetera en la habitación, buen internet.
Buen restaurante en variedad. Vinos un poco fuera de precio, faltaron copas, deben revisar esto.
