The hotel was conveniently located 5-min from Termini train station and the FCO airport shuttle bus and hop on hop off bus stops just across. We stayed 2 times during our 2 week stay in Rome - over night stay before heading down to Civitavecchia Port for MSC cruise and 4 night stay upon return from the cruise ship. We used the hotel storage service for one of our luggage bags for a week during our 7-day cruise. The hotel staffs were friendly.

This hotel is in an incomparable location for those wishing to travel to or from Termini Station and the Termini metro station. It is in close proximity to many first class sites, including the Baths of Diocletian, Santa Maria Maggiore, and Santa Pressede. The atmosphere within the hotel is modern and restful --worlds away from the gritty hustle and bustle outside its doors. The Superior Double room that we were given was of good size, quiet and was recently decorated with very lovely wood accents. The bathroom looked modern; however, the grout in the shower was already showing signs of age. This might be attributable to the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was generous and good for the most part. I did, however, find it shocking that , rather than picking the coffee cup up by its saucer, the waiter picked up the cup by its top (yuck) in order to refill it, leaving the saucer on the table. Given the reasonable price point, this hotel provides a good and predictable night's stay.

The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

4.8/5. Booked through an estate agent. Booking in was great - very helpful young gentleman. Great location for hotel/apartment. We had one that overlooked the street and despite the area being busy (road that leads to Trevi foundation) it was not noisy in the slightest. The room was cleaned to an inch of its life each day. Clean towels left and they even did our washing up which we did not expect!! On one of the days they added a shower gel dispenser to the wall in the shower which was a nice surprise. Was worried about it being room only but when in Rome… Restaurants, gelato shops to die for on the same road (down the hill on way to Trevi foundation). Metro up the hill with a great breakfast restaurant on the way! Coffee machine that takes pods, kettle, fridge and sink - what more could you want! Bed was very comfy, room was amazing and decoration was extremely tasteful. Would definitely stay again. Only down side was the toilet roll was the really cheap stuff that disintegrates when it gets wet! Enough said on that! If they upgraded the loo roll it would easily be 5/5 for the stay!

The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Square, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It also takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotel's service response speed is quite fast. In terms of facilities, the bedroom is relatively large, but the design of the bathroom is hard to describe. The toilet and the washbasin are next to each other, and the bathroom door is also fighting with the toilet. The design is very anti-human. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is expensive

The room is relatively large and the facilities are new, but they are a bit fancy and useless. The glass door of the shower area in the bathroom is not very water-proof, and the rest of the bathroom area is covered with water after taking a shower. The basin on the washbasin is very small. Every time I wash my face, water is everywhere. When it comes to service, there is a black man who is super enthusiastic and takes the initiative to help. Like👍The hotel has a terrace, and the scenery is pretty good when the weather is good. The breakfast buffet was not delicious, there were very few self-selected items, and for other items, you had to order from the waiter, and the meals delivered were relatively small and not very tasty. The location is very convenient. During the four days in Rome, we basically walked to the sights.

I originally lived in Campo de' Fiori and moved here temporarily. Rome is expensive and crowded. It is really not easy to book a satisfactory hotel in Rome. Plus it is the peak season, so it is really difficult to choose. Now let’s evaluate this George Indigo: 1. Location: The hotel is still in the historical center, and this location is quite convenient; 2. Room: Don’t expect a big room in Rome (except if you are rich and willful). This room is already big, the bed is big enough, and the mattress is comfortable; 3. Breakfast: Breakfast is average. But it seems that breakfast in Italy is like this. There are not many varieties. There are only a few of everything that should be available, such as bread, eggs, ham, sausage, and yogurt. It can't be compared with domestically. Can eat enough. 4. Service: The service is warm and professional. major. Overall: Overall it’s pretty good. This time we stayed in Italy for 20 days, and we also stayed in Rome for 6 or 7 days. We also stayed in a 16th-century local old hotel, a B&B apartment, and a resort hotel, which is a major international brand group. Chain hotels are relatively stable, there are no big surprises, but there won’t be too many mistakes (in B&Bs, there are always surprises or shocks) It should be included in my choice when I go to Rome in the future.

Great hotel! Phenomenal staff are attentive to you every need. Every staff members greats you with a smile and helps you to plan your day. Staff text recommendations And assistance through for anything you ask. Staff are very cool but welcoming. Loved the vibe of this place and the aura the team have staff have created. I can only compliment the manager for assembling such a great team and having them maintain this level of service. The rooms are beautiful masterpieces. We travelled for our wedding with several family members also booking rooms. Each room was uniquely designed. No expense has been spared when creating the beautiful spaces you stay in. Every details is perfect from the walls, to the floors, to the furnishings. Very comfy beds. Great room ambiance. Every thing you could ever need with well kitted kitchens, great bathrooms, great lounge areas. Tv’s have all your streaming services. The location if the hotel is perfect. You have views over ancient landmarks and are 15minute walk one was to the colosseum, 15minutes the other direction to Trevi fountain and 5minutes from piazza venezia. You step out of the hotel into a more relaxed area of Rome also, this place is a hidden gem. Special shout out to housekeeping as well They do a phenomenal job and do it with a smile on their face. I visit Rome quite regularly and have stayed in most of the luxury hotels now. I dont think I will venture past Rhino again, this is the only stop to stay when in Rome! One request…. Can you please expand your creation to other cities? 😊

MMarleneRemarque207The balcony and breakfast were all great. So was the lounge area. However, there are no mosquito screens inside the room and throughout the hotel. A few flies were also inside the room. It was also very dark. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The cleaning could be much better. The staff was kind and the breakfast ends at 10:30, much later than some other places. No late checkout. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. There was also a microwave. The area is very quiet and nice. Across from a courtyard where students seem to rest. The bed was comfortable and the storage was more than enough. The bathroom was great. It’s much quieter area here than in central Rome still close enough to be very walkable. A few restaurants around close late. Felt safe at night. Internet great. Staff very helpful and kind. Vatican and Castel both right there. Bridge as well. À carrefour supermarket around the corner as well as a place to buy bus tickets. Luggage storage great. The elevator is very small and doesn’t go up unless from the ground floor.

GGuest Userwent onto Booking.com to find a nice hotel near City Center in Rome but there aren't that many and mostly what you have are apartments for rent. I found Vino e Oli and read the reviews, most of them were good and I felt comfortable doing the apartment thing as opposed to the hotel route. One of the first problems we had was with transportation. We hired a van through Vino E Oli but when the day came, we were picked up in a sedan that didn't fit all of our luggage and the driver still charged us the minivan price. I spoke with the receptionist and she talked with the driver and they go back and forth with one another. Eventually, the driver explains that he didn't have a van available so he picked us up in the sedan. But why charge us the van price? Once we got to the room, it was as you see in the pictures and everything seemed to be in order. We were pleased with the room and the amenities they offer but word of caution, they DO NOT HAVE A DRYER ON SITE. It's actually a washer and dryer combo which doesn't dry the clothes so you have you lay them out to air dry. The next major problem started the first night when I took a shower and the shower drain wasn't working but I didn't realize it until the water started flooding the shower pan and I immediately got out. I let the water drain which took some time. I then continued my shower for a couple more minutes and then got out and noticed that the floor was completely covered with water. The next day my children took a shower and noticed that the shower was still flooding. I then contacted the owner by email and explained how the shower was flooding. That evening I needed to take another shower and this time I decided to take a quick shower and get out but when I got out the floor had flooded from the wall and from the shower pan which I didn't realize and I fell down hard and bruised my back and head.I was in a lot of pain and I told my children to not use the shower again. The next day I spoke with the receptionist personally because I still hadn't heard from the owner and explained that the shower and sink were flooding and she said that she would have one of the cleaning crew to fix. No one showed up at all to fix it that day. After much frustration I went downstairs to I speak with the receptionist again and showed her video of shower flooding and the wall leaking water. In a couple of hours that’s when the issue was fixed. It took 3 days for them to finally fix the shower drain. They never fixed the broken sink drain and the toilet seat was broken also as other people have commented, the air conditioner works intermittently. I had to turn it off, turn it back on and after about 30 minutes it started working again. I had to do this everyday. When I asked the owner about refunding some of the money he seemed taken aback. I explained to him how severe the issues were especially with me injuring myself and that I had to see a doctor when I returned to the United States; he finally agreed to

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was friendly and always left the room spotless. Reception was always friendly and helpful. I personally wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star hotel upon reflection as the room service breakfast was not 5 star quality. It was very nice, but the menu is limited and printed off and laminated for you to read and take a photo of. For 10 euros each per person, I personally would next time not book breakfast and travel out of the hotel to eat breakfast. You are charged to use the kitchen facilities which we didn’t need to use, but surprised to see in a 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar was closed which is a shame and one of the big reasons I booked this hotel, so that was a let down. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Piramide Metro Station and we utilised the Metro a lot during our stay. The hotel is far from the centre and would cost substantially more to get taxis or if you were to walk, it would consume a chunk of your day. The hotel was lovely but just didn’t wow me as a 5 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet out of the centre, then it would be great for you. For us, upon reflection and now knowing the city, staying somewhere more central would’ve suited us better which is not the hotels fault whatsoever.

GGuest UserIn summary: My family and I booked Domenichino Luxury Home via Hotels.com and it was the worst accommodation I have ever had due to being exposed and poisoned with black mold. I do not recommend anyone who cares for their health and well-being to stay here and I do not recommend booking any accommodations with Hotels.com as they will not provide consumer protection when something does go wrong with a property booked through their site.  In detail: Upon arrival at the address for Domenichino Luxury Home, we were moved to a completely different building around the corner. I specifically chose this property because it was close to the other two people we were traveling with. This new property we were moved to was a little farther and I found it strange that we were not staying at the property address we were given (side note: the new building was challenging to navigate with a toddler and I highly do not recommend this property for families). Once in the room we unpacked and showered. I smelled mold and immediately alerted the booking manager via whatsapp (the only way to communicate with someone associated with the property). I was told that this building's pipes smell after a heavy rain and that there is nothing to worry about. I pushed it from my mind and went out to sightsee. Our second day at the property we were not able to shower because the hot water was not working (it was fixed after we left for our tours that day). The morning of our third day I used the shower and noticed that my asthma was acting up, I was sneezing a lot, and had an itchy throat and eyes. I figured I had morning allergies and went about our day of sightseeing. I didn't think more of it because I started to feel better while out and about. On the fourth day of our stay I woke up to even more severe allergic symptoms after using the shower and it wasn't until we were out of the unit that I realized I have to be allergic to something inside the unit itself. And that's when it hit me- the smell I noticed had to be mold! When we came back that night I had my husband shine his flashlight in the shower to expose what I had suspected- black mold EVERYWHERE. The shower was so deeply covered in mold that there is no way that it grew only in the time we were staying in the unit. It had to have been there for some time and this confirmed to me that they do not clean the shower often and well enough. The mold blends in and hides well because the shower tile is black and the bathroom lighting is very poor. So it wasn't until we shined our phone flashlights into the shower did we see all the black mold. With every shower my family took- we were breathing black mold spores! I immediately sent the photos of the mold covered shower walls to the booking manager and to Hotels.com. The booking manager said ”we will do better next time.” There was no empathy for the health situation I was in, being asthmatic and all, and there was no remedy offered. I was pretty ill due to this and it af

SScottttxThe ”hotel” itself is very comfortable and the room has a large terrace! The front desk and restaurant staff are very nice, because it is quiet in the college area. 15 minutes walk to St Pietro Cathedral, there are many buses nearby to various major business districts. The hotel is also very convenient to help make an appointment for taxi. It is just to avoid the congestion in the city center and go smoothly. trip.com There was a problem with the platform, and the hotel was not notified that I had paid, resulting in me needing to pay repeatedly at the hotel. I repeatedly charged my fee, which has been in the past for nearly a week, and it has not been refunded. I don't know what to do, the platform said that the hotel told me to wait 35 days! I cannot understand this. So the service here should have been full. I'm halfway through.

Great location and property, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The room was plenty big enough for us all, bathroom was fine - the property could probably do with a little TLC but nothing major. If you are looking for a property that is a little more reasonable price wise this is a great option

The hotel is well located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Our room was amazing- we spent the whole time with the balcony doors open as the view of the garden was incredible (shown in picture). The room was also kept immaculate. The people at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating; Stephano even took the time to teach me some Italian phrases as I was extremely lacking! I honestly cannot fault this hotel; me and my friend had a brilliant time and no doubt, if we returned to Rome, we would stay here again!

XXIAOJIEThe hotel is owned by Accor, and it is booked habitually, thinking that the quality is guaranteed. It is very large, with 100 rooms. Not in the urban area, but relatively close to the Vatican. Turn left at the exit and turn 100 meters to Balduina station. You can take the subway directly from the airport. In a residential area, there is a room from Wenzhou nearby. We booked a quadruple room, one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a big balcony. We can cook but there is no washing machine. There will be no one to clean even if you stay here, and you have to take the garbage to the gate on the first floor to throw it away. The bathroom light kept flickering, and I called someone to fix it, but they didn't come. After a few days, I came back to Rome and still wanted to stay here. I booked and paid in advance, but the hotel said that there was no reservation, and the room was full again that day. Fortunately, even though Ctrip coordinated me to go to the city, I made up for the difference. Mood from sunny to cloudy. It is recommended to book a room with a discount. After payment, you still need to confirm with the hotel front desk whether the reservation is successful. Hotel front desk service is good. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which can store luggage.
