다 좋아요 위치도 좋고 시설도 좋고 친절하고
근데 이제 단점 2개가 하나는 수건을 베이킹소다로 빠는건지 시큼한 냄새가 강하다는 것과 나머지 하나는 세탁서비스 비용이 너무 비싸다는 거? 여기서 세탁할 생각으로 옷 조금 덜 챙겨왔었는데 가격보고 놀랐네요. 양말 6짝, 팬티6개, 흰 속티 3개 세탁맡기고 49.9유로 결제했어요.... 그래도 호텔 자체는 좋으니 세탁서비스만 피해서 이용하시면 좋습니다.

Ottimo Hotel in centro di Aosta. Possibilità di parcheggio riservato a 100 metri. Molto curato l’arredamento delle camere e tutti gli spazi comuni. Personale cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ottima la colazione nella pasticceria interna. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Camera improponibile e servizio indecente! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per ragioni di lavoro a fine maggio 2024. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza a piano terra fredda, umida, buia, con affaccio interno, vista tubazioni varie. Impianto di riscaldamento non funzionante. Ho fatto presente alla reception lo stato della camera e anche che io avessi la febbre. Mi è stata portata una stufetta elettrica, con spina tutta fusa, impossibile da inserire nella presa e molto molto pericolosa. Inutilizzabile. Nonostante abbia fatto presente anche questa circostanza e avessi chiesto di poter cambiare stanza, nulla di fatto! Altri colleghi hanno potuto attestare alla reception le condizioni pessime della camera. Alla fine, una collega mi ha ceduto la sua stanza e lei si è trasferita a dormire in doppia nella stanza di un'altra collega. Dalla reception sono stati capaci solo di comunicarmi, "a scanso di equivoci", che comunque mi avrebbero addebitato l'intero costo della camera. E così è stato, nessuna scusa e neanche UN CENTESIMO di sconto per il disagio. L'esperienza si commenta da sola.

Albergo a un passo ( forse una cinquantina ) da Piazza Chanoux, ossia il cuore di Aosta. Molto fascinoso di un fascino retrò. Personale gentilissimo. Camere molto pulite. La colazione è all'altezza. Ho apprezzato molto il sistema di regolazione della temperatura

L’hotel è centrale ed è molto carino. Il personale e gentilissimo. La colazione servita nella pasticceria è abbastanza buona. Il caffè andrebbe fatto espresso e non utilizzando le macchinette fai da te.. purtroppo la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era veramente vecchia. Addirittura i rubinetti non miscela vano l’acqua. Mancava l’accappatoio. Mancavano le ciabatte da stanza. Mancava un interruttore in grado di chiudere tutte le luci della stanza. Mancava il Topper.. non ci siamo

Хороший отель в самом центре исторической Аосты. Хорошие номера и шведский стол на завтрак. Чисто, тихо, комфортно. Разрешено с собаками. Есть крытый паркинг рядом. Уютные номера, стильный интерьер холла. Целый день работает бар с десертами.
