Very disappointing with the unprofessional attitude of Mrs. Rina marketing in responding to reports which caused unpleasant things and made us uncomfortable. The incident started when we rented karaoke equipment for 300 thousand/day from the resort. When we were using it at 22.00 WIB, the hotel staff told us that the time limit for karaoke was to be turned off, so we obeyed because it was the rule & so as not to disturb other residents, at 23.00 WIB the hotel staff came again. On the orders of Mrs. Rina, she will take the karaoke equipment on the grounds that the rental time has expired. This is what annoyed me, there was no agreement to rent the equipment, the limit was until 22.00 WIT & I used the karaoke equipment within the karaoke time limit... How come I was even accused of disturbing other residents even though it was clear after 22.00 WIT that I was not doing karaoke & secondly The hotel staff who came to the villa knew about it..... Sorry to Mrs. Rina, if you receive a report, check it first, trace it & make sure the origin of the noise is not immediately condemned & take a policy that causes discomfort to consumers who are part of the assets/source of foreign exchange for hotel.
