Kudos to staff Max & Keppel? Im not sure how to spell, they were very attentive! This hotel is super good location . Window viewing Antwerp beautiful train station. Huge , clean and has everything we need.

We booked a junior suite, which was very spacious. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Antwerp Station, about 40 meters from the main entrance of the station. Since the city is not that big, it is within walking distance to the city hall, the cathedral or the shopping street. The only downside is that the corridors have some odors.

A group of 4 people traveled by car to the Netherlands and Belgium. This was the worst hotel. In addition to the location of the hotel being excellent for travelers using public transportation, we felt that the hotel itself really needs to be improved a lot.
Parking in the parking lot is extremely difficult. The room is poorly soundproofed and the space is very small. Breakfast is average, and nearby shops open late. Not much choice unless dining in other areas.
Requests for room cleaning must be made through their APP. I stayed for 3 nights. We booked 2 rooms in total and only one room was cleaned. I reported it to the front desk the next day and it was confirmed twice. The next day, there was still one room that had not been cleared. I was really, really uncomfortable and disgusted. One of the rooms was never cleaned until we were checking out. Really never encountered it.
It takes 2 minutes to walk to China Town to satisfy the needs of the Chinese stomach.

The location is great, right next to the Central Station and 3 minutes walk from Chinatown. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. The parking garage feels like a test of the driver's skills.
