Not clean. The room smells. There was a problem with the hotel before Ctrip. We temporarily changed the reservation on the same day. I didn’t read the reviews and ratings carefully. It’s not recommended to stay.

The stay was good. It was a studio apartment with good lighting. You also get some utensils to cook if you wish, a small refrigerator and a microwave, all clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, the blankets provided to us were not so wide and could only cover so much leaving some spaces on side. There is also ample storage in the wardrobe alongwith a bath tub and a separate toilet. Sadly, even the slightest sound or movie inside the gallery felt so loud.

I recently stayed at this hotel near Antwerp Central and the city center and I was very pleased with my stay. The location was perfect, close to the train station and the bustling city center. The neighborhood was also very clean and safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. It was lovely to come back to a clean and cozy room after a long day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Antwerp. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past for business, and have found the facility well-suited to my needs. I should point out that it lacks air-conditioning and there were days that it was very hot. In addition, only one of the two elevators works, and only one of the two windows in the room. Very roomy and well-suited for business meetings (couch, dining room table, chairs, living room table) as well as for self-catering (kitchenette well-equipped). Also very close to central train station (7 minute walk)
