The hotel offers a high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service. The driver was patient, introduced local attractions, and gave practical advice. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it's very close to the entrance of the Changbai Mountain North Slope scenic area, just a 5-6 minute taxi ride. There's a wetland park opposite the hotel that's worth exploring. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

I got a free upgrade to a king-size room, which was lovely. The breakfast was also good, and they offer high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off, which is a great service. It was May Day, so it was quite busy with people coming and going, probably because it was the first day of the holiday. I was surprised they could still pick me up even though my train arrived after 11 PM. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Tianchi. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and check-in was very quick. The hygiene was up to par, and it offered great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was my first time staying at the same hotel for six days, and every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the train station. The driver, Mr. Zhang Weiliang (Xiao Zhang), was always on time and waited for me, and he consistently helped me with my luggage. Highly recommended!
