While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

Last year, I planned to go to Changbai Mountain and chose this hotel. It is located in Erdaobaihe. Before we set off, the housekeeper contacted us in advance and set up a group, and arranged for someone to pick us up at the station. Because of the tight schedule, we only stayed in Changbai Mountain for less than 24 hours, and the sightseeing and dining were arranged for us early. The iron pot stew and Yanbian cuisine are really delicious, and the horse-drawn sleigh is also fun. Thanks to Yuyang and Wang Yan.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。
