Unfriendly staff, confusing and slow check-in. At check-out we were charged 3,000 pesos for a small bottle of water from the room's minibar. Old bathroom, shower with plastic curtain, no shampoo and conditioner. Basic breakfast, with extremely overcooked fruits. The emergency exit is locked. There is no bell service. Excellent experience. It was a Diabetes update event organized by the U Antofagasta. Very warm staff. Old facilities but very well preserved. Excellent breakfasts and meals. Dining staff very attentive and efficient. And the best: I forgot my cell phone charger in the room and they sent it to my city quickly. Example of correctness and quality I enthusiastically recommend it.
