La atención INMEJORABLE, personal del bar de la piscina, del restaurante, de aseo, de resepción... todos súper amables. Lo único a recomendarles es habilitar un gimnasio, o realizar canje con el gimnasio que tiene cerca de manera que podamos utilizarlo los huespedes del hotel.

Es un excelente hotel sus instalaciones son impecables, la cultura de piscina pasiva hace que seq un hotel tranquilo ideal para descansar y todo el personal es atento muy amable y efectivo, la comida es deliciosa, totalmente recomendado.

El hotel es un clásico edificio colonial, todos los pasillos, salas y lugares tienen un montón de historia, es hermoso. Los empleados del hotel son muy amables y cordiales, muy buenas personas. La comida deliciosa, las habitaciones muy limpias, un lugar muy tranquilo lejos de ese ruido que a veces se confunde con el descanso. Este lugar es una muestra mágica de la historia y el orgullo Antioqueño, que bonito haber conocido este lugar, volveré.

Amazing Hotel! Best location! Best pool in town! Great staff. Rooms are great! Ask for the 303 room if you travel in couple!!! The Breakfast is awesome!!! The people from restaurant and the lobby are very kind!! I just love staying here!! The is also a great museum full of cute things!! You got it all!!

This is a must stay if you go to Santa Fe de Antioquia. The building is amazing. Eclectic interior. Pool is to die for. Staff fantastic. It was heaven staying there. And price for us was great. We’re English. It’s a hot place so a pool is a must and their pool is just the best. I want to live in this hotel if I ever move to Colombia. Big shout out for Xiomara. She’s a superstar and her English is very good.

Si su plan es de descanso, tranquilidad y confort, no hay mejor hotel que este. La piscina es pasiva (cero ruido), la habitación está llena de detalles antiguos, el hotel mismo es una reliquia patrimonial, el desayuno es exquisito. Las ganancias emocionales superan por mucho el costo de la estadía.

El interior de las habitaciones es muy sencillo, las sábanas son de hotel de tres estrellas, el desayuno tiene muy poca oferta y el servicio a la piscina es lento, los meseros no te atienden con gusto, no es para repetir, le han bajado al servicio.
