The hotel has a lovely courtyard. It is secure and the room was comfortable and clean. It had a good wifi connection. Well located near the main bus station. Staff are very helpful - they can also organise transfers from the airport. A nice breakfast was also included.

The hotel is very nice. It reminds me of an Hacienda. The bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was hard but all the hotels I stayed in were also like that so maybe it’s just their thing I don’t know. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Very pretty place. I would stay there again.

Viajamos a Antigua Guatemala para disfrutar de esta ciudad que por demás ofrece mucho para disfrutar y no nos equivocamos al elegir este hotel para quedarnos durante este tiempo. Aunque el hotel está en uno de los extremos de la ciudad, es de fácil acceso y todo queda relativamente cerca. Ofrecen desayuno que está incluido así como otras opciones de pago. Las habitaciones super limpias, el personal es amable, dispuesto a colaborar y lo mejor es que nos ayudaron desde la llegada de nuestro vuelo hasta que nos retiramos. No tienen nada que envidiarle a ningún hotel grande y ofrecen todos los servicios. Es cómodo, elegante, seguro y económico.

It was the first time staying. Great experience! Breakfast is included and have many options to choose from. One thing that I would recommend though, is that hotel staff should let us know when checking in that when you do the check-out the staff checks the room to make sure is OK (no damage or stains) since it takes e a couple of minutes you need to wait until they give you the green light to leave.

First of all, it is all about service. Super Super nice people there. 24 hours reception, I had problem with the reservation in which I had to change twice, and they were flexible about it although it wasn’t in their change/cancellation policy that is a huge thing for them. They arranged a honeymoon surprise in the room and helped with any question I had The hotel has very high standards of cleaning The small room (which what was left) was a bit too small but no complaints. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection was not stable all the time, and when I told to the lady at the reception she said that it is an outsider provider and she can’t really do much about it. With any other problem they fix very quickly even in the middle of the night.
