I stayed at this resort last month for eight nights. I bought a tour from Belarus, and my agent highly recommended this hotel as a five-star ultra all-inclusive. However, upon arrival, I was a bit disappointed because it didn't feel like five stars. It may have been five stars once, but now it seems worn out; you can still see it's a good hotel, but it needs maintenance. I was also surprised by the level of service, which didn't match five-star standards. It was clear they dint have enough staff, and those who were working appeared rude and unfriendly, especially the chef at the buffet. Honestly, it was even uncomfortable to ask for something because their reactions could be unpredictable. As for the grounds, they are very large and beautifully green. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, but the beach is sandy. The food also left much to be desired; there was a large selection, but everything was tasteless. I've never encountered anything like this in my life. I read in comments that guests recommended reducing the menu but making it higher quality. The hotel room was nice, and cleaning was done almost daily, but they only changed the bed linens about twice in eight days. Regarding the hotel’s location, my agent from Coral Travel in Minsk didn’t tell me that the hotel is far from everything—there's nothing within 30 km, and you have to drive through small villages to get there. The nearest cities, Belek and Side, are about 30 km away. So, if you need a hotel for relaxation, it’s suitable, but if you want a more active lifestyle, it’s definitely not an option. A special thanks to guest relations, Anastasia, and all the reception staff; they were always polite. I also want to highlight the spa and its staff; everything was very professional. As for my overall experience, the sea was wonderful, but next time, I definitely won’t choose this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

It's actually pretty good. Although it's small, it has an independent bathroom. Because it's a short stay, it's not too picky. It's pretty clean. There's no quilt in the summer, but you won't feel cold with the blanket. The owner can speak English, because in the center seat, the sound insulation is a bit poor. Overall very good value for money

The best hotel I've ever been to. We had a great room, experienced amazing service and the most authentic integration into the Turkish culture in the restaurant's evening program I couldn't even have imagined. Thanks. They even organized my camera within minutes that I had forgotten in the bus. Thank you so much.

The hotel is located in the old town of Kaleić, very close to the sea, Rome port, 10 minutes walk from Hadrian's Gate. The hotel is on the second floor, the first floor is a bar, it will be noisy late at night, there are many supermarkets in the surrounding business district, and there are many restaurants. The hotel has no elevator, no free breakfast, and there is a restaurant on the first floor to eat. The bed in the room has curtains, the lockers are large, there are two public bathrooms and toilets on the second floor, the shower water is very small, and the bath is uncomfortable. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, simple facilities, good location, cheap price, suitable for backpackers, poor travel parties.

This is a family-run hotel where the staff make an extreme effort to accommodate the guests - and they get 5-stars for service. The included breakfast is a broad array of delicious and fresh dishes. The hotel is in the midst of the ”Old Town” which means finding and reaching it by car is more than a bit challenging. The good news is that they have free parking spaces (which most hotels in the Old Town don't) True, it is near restaurants and bars - which means they played loudly amplified, not always good, music into the night right across from our room. There are no phones in the room We found a cat locked out on our balcony and had to shoo it through our rooms. The room didn’t have a safe so the reception guy brought one up, laid it on a table and then opened it with the master code before politely turning his head when I put my PIN on it. I figured it was just as safe to keep our valuables in the bottom of one of our suitcases with the $1.95 combination lock. While the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom walls freshly tiled, I think the not-great appearance of the floors, the low lighting level and the ad-hoc thrift shop appearance of much of the furniture made a poor impression. Some of the hotel’s issues are beyond their control. The entire Old Town area seems to suffer from the noise pollution of bands playing in bars (some hotels even have their own bands making noise). None of the hotels we saw had an elevator/lift, so unless a room is on the ground floor, if stairs challenge you, then this neighborhood is not for you.

Excellent hotel, settled ahead of time, there was always cleaning, no questions or problems arose in anything. Once flowed only hot water in the room, but it was a massive problem that was eliminated in just 10 minutes. I really liked the place, in the future I would prefer to stay in this hotel to many others

Over all, excellent location and great hotel. And before I go on to my justification for not giving the full star rating, I want to say I would recommend Dogan hotel to anyone who wants to stay in old town Antalya, great atmosphere, location, and staff.
But, something was a little off... It is hard to exactly say what it was. Mostly it was an accumulation of smaller things that just didn't make this stay perfect. At breakfast even though there where plenty of staff service was slow and our egg order never came. The rail the shower was on had come loose from the wall at the lower end, the shower needed to be overextended in order to get it back to it's holder, the floor was ... For lack of better word... Viscous (floor was not slippery but could easily twist feet). And a few other things. Each by itself not an issue but coming together just made the stay not full point worthy.
All said and done, it's still a good and very quaint hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone.

GGuest UserWe just came back from a week in Antalya. We had an amazing time there. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly and solved small snags quickly. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it was really comfortable to have such a good space. AC was powerful and showers had good pressure. The kitchen has some basic utensils. The only thing missing was a microwave oven. We used the washing machine and could dry clothes in the balcony. The pool is small but felt very private. My daughter improved her swimming in a week just by being able to spend time in the pool 2-3 hours a day. The breakfast was fine, I had omelettes every day made to order (had to pay extra but cheap). We rented a car and having an underground car park meant the car was never exposed to the sun. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though and the TerraCity mall a short walk away. Beware July was hot, very hot. A dry heat though but 39-40 every day. First time in Turkey for us and wanted to stay away from all-inclusive resorts and have more control on our time.
GGuest UserHotel is very clean , everyday they are cleaning the rooms and foods is very good we liked this hotel so much If you want to go beach its maximum 2 min beach is also very good you can enjoy there. Night programs , good shows and good activities thank you for everything the best Animation Team
Ssanchirbayar UndrakhDuring my recent trip to Antalya, I had the pleasure of staying at Falcon Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. Here's a detailed review of my experience:
Location (5/5): Falcon Hotel is conveniently located near Antalya International Airport, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by air. The hotel is also situated within close proximity to popular attractions such as Konyaaltı Beach and Antalya Aquarium, offering guests the perfect blend of convenience and leisure.
Accommodation (5/5): The rooms at Falcon Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. My room featured a comfortable bed, a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a well-appointed bathroom. The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic, but it was manageable.
Service (5/5): The staff at Falcon Hotel provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge helped me arrange transportation and book local excursions.
Facilities (5/5): Falcon Hotel offers a range of facilities to enhance the guest experience, including a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views, a fitness center, and a spa offering relaxing treatments. I particularly enjoyed unwinding at the pool after a day of exploring Antalya.
Dining (5/5): The hotel's restaurant served delicious Turkish and international cuisine. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of options to suit different tastes. However, I found that dining options for lunch and dinner were somewhat limited.
Overall Experience (5/5): My stay at Falcon Hotel was enjoyable and memorable. The hotel's prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations made it a great choice for my visit to Antalya. I would highly recommend Falcon Hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Antalya.
GGuest UserGreetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!
GGuest UserHotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill.
Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl.
I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.
I recently stayed at AG Hotels Antalya and had a wonderful experience. The service-minded staff at the reception and lounge were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Antalya! 5 out of 5.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.
NNourhanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Old Town Point Hotel Spa in Antalya, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The upgraded room was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
Throughout our two-night stay, we were able to strike a perfect balance between relaxation at the hotel and exploration of the enchanting city of Antalya. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of a local festival, adding an extra layer of joy to our trip.
What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable.
Old Town Point Hotel Spa is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that understands and caters to the needs of its guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and seeking a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service.
Note that the images are from our second night there. The first night we just wanted to go to sleep 😴
GGuest UserFacilities: The room is a bit small, but enough to put luggage and sleep, after all, the inch of land is gold. The facilities are average, but the air conditioning and cooling effect is still very good, and the sound insulation is slightly worse.
Hygienic: The room is clean and hygienic.
Environment: Going out is the commercial street, very convenient, five minutes to Hadrian's Gate, ten minutes to the pier, a few minutes from the tram stop, very good. The rooftop upstairs can see the scenery, the sunrise is really beautiful.
Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, actively introducing Antalya tourist attractions, informing the precautions for staying, and will consider it next time.
GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
The hotel's Wi-Fi is especially important for independent or business travelers.
