We have booked for double room and got 2 single beds which is not a good suitable for couple, receptionist said they don’t have double bedroom available.

Not a hotel, but a disappointment. Instead of a room of 20 square meters and a king size bed, you will be accommodated in a tiny room where there are two beds pushed together and occupy almost the entire space. Everything is old, the walls are shabby, there is black mold in the bathroom, the beds move apart and you fall into a hole. The audibility is terrible, the conversation in the next room or in the corridor seems to be next to you, the hood is humming outside the window (the hotel is located above the cafes).

Very helpful staff all around, clean room. Very accommodating. Was even allowed to leave luggage after checkout to collect when ready to leave in the evening.
Best location ever, at the heart of the centre.
Loved the stay.

The hotel is above a market, the environment is noisy, but the transportation is convenient. The shower water is not smooth, and the facilities need to be improved. But the hotel receptionist has a good attitude, warm service and helpfulness!
