Das Hotel war in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand und hat stark nach Rauch und Abfluss gerochen. Um warmes Wasser zu bekommen, mussten wir das heiße Wasser zunächst 30 Minuten laufen lassen, und selbst dann war es nicht immer möglich, warm zu duschen. Wir haben die Dame an der Rezeption mehrmals darauf angesprochen. Sie versprach jedes Mal, es an den Chef weiterzugeben und uns zu helfen, aber es wurde nichts unternommen. Der Couchtisch im Zimmer war so alt und unbrauchbar, dass wir einen Tisch vom Balkon holen mussten, den wir mit Tüten abdeckten, um darauf essen zu können. Die Zimmertür wies dunkle, unappetitliche Flecken auf, der Teppich war schmutzig und voller Flecken, und das Badezimmer war stark verkalkt. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit und Hygiene des Hotels äußerst unbefriedigend, und der Service ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

Super séjour, nous ne nous attendions pas à aussi bien! Le gérant est super gentil et accueillant, il nous a bien conseillé pour les restaurants et les activités, très propres et une super chambre, bien insonorisé, nous recommandons vivement :)))
