衞生：房間衞生設施實在是不合格，床頭好久不擦，浮塵鋪滿，床單兩根帶跟毛髮，工作人員解釋是羽絨枕頭和被子裏的鴨絨，我第一次見帶根的羽絨
服務：實話實説辦入住的店員高高在上，我很不好意思的打擾了人家的休息一樣
退房時工作人員的態度很好，始終面帶微笑
不知道什麼時候開始希爾頓逸林衞生可以糊弄到這種程度，沒有基本的標準了，本來兩天行程硬是需要分開住另定酒店
