"This is my second stay at Atour Hotel. I had a good experience last time so I stayed at this hotel again in Anqing on my way back and shared the same room. The bed and pillows were as good as before. The service staff was also very good. They not only took the initiative to help with luggage but also sent tea when arriving and mineral water when leaving. Parking is also convenient at this hotel. The rooms are also well soundproofed. There is a dedicated laundry room. The location is also next to a shopping center and is convenient for eating and shopping. I just felt that the light from the buttons on the bedside and mirror was a little too bright, which affected my sleep after turning off the lights."

"I came to Anqing for the National Day holiday and found cockroaches in my room. It was the first time I'd ever encountered such shiny, greasy cockroaches 🪳, and there were several of them. The cleaning was also very poor; the sink was filled with either dust or rust. Even though it was a newly renovated hotel, the room was close to the street, and there was the sound of electric scooters honking at 2 or 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I woke up several times throughout the night. I had planned to stay for a few days, but I changed hotels the next morning."

"The location is OK, but the shower faucet pendant fell off during the shower, so I had to hold the faucet in my hand while showering. The breakfast had few varieties but I could eat enough. Checking out was in a hurry. I clearly forgot my Gucci scarf in the room. A few hours later, I called to ask if there was a scarf, and the front desk said no, so I had to admit that I was unlucky."

"The hotel quilt cover was not very clean. I felt itchy all over my body when I took off my clothes to sleep. I comforted myself that it might be allergic and didn't want to say anything about your hygiene problem. But when I came to get the ticket today, I found that Ctrip couldn't get it. When I checked in yesterday, the front desk told me clearly that Ctrip could get the ticket. Then I found out that it couldn't be gotten when I left the hotel today. I had to spend time and energy to contact Ctrip and the hotel... I was a frequent guest, so I might not think this was too outrageous about hygiene, but getting the ticket the next day was really something I wanted to complain about. I won't give you a completely bad review. I hope you can improve this in the future."

"We originally wanted to find a nice hotel near our home for our wedding, but who knew it would be so unhygienic? I didn’t take any other photos. None of the four pillows were clean, and when I asked for a change, the front desk asked to find an auntie. One auntie came to say that she was changing shifts and asked me to wait for the next one. The pillow she finally brought was still one with stains on it. Later, a manager came and took me directly to another room, saying that I could choose one myself, as there were no other clean spare pillows, so I had to go to another room to choose. It felt like a broken jar."
