This hotel is really great. I think it has reached the level of a five-star hotel. Although it does not have the facilities of a swimming pool and gym, the rooms are overall very good. Other service attitudes are also very good. The location is great.

Not good value for money. Looks like a quick hotel. The hotel's free parking only has 2-3 spaces, which requires reservation and is only suitable for small cars. The Toyota Corolla we drove was not small enough. There is a large paid public parking lot at the door, which is quite convenient. Opposite the hotel is the train station. Annecy itself is also very small, so the hotel is not inconveniently located anywhere.

It's a pretty good hotel. It's in a great location. It's not too far from Lake Annecy. It's only a 10-minute walk away. There's a commercial street in the middle where you can have a meal. It's even closer to the train station, which is 500m away.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante un periodo di ristrutturazione dell'intera struttura; nonostante ciò la nostra camera era nuova. Detto questo, molto minimal a partire dalla mancanza di mensole vicino al lavandino e alla zona bagno, sebbene lo spazio ci sia. Dunque non comodissimo per i bagagli. In compenso il televisore della zona letto grandissimo..mah..scelte particolari. Zona normale, non lontana dal centro e prezzo buono vista la media di Annecy. Non abbiamo provato la colazione né usufruito del parcheggio. Personale non parla italiano.

This hotel is located just across the square from the train station but is also within two blocks of the old town. My room had a great view of the castle, had all amenities and was very clean. It appears the hotel was recently remodeled so all is new and in good condition. The only negative is the breakfast was very expensive so instead I visited one of the many nearby coffee shops for a croissant and coffee.
