Let me start off by saying we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Also, the breakfast was good. The hotel is brand new and was very clean and comfortable. It is close to Annapolis.
The only issue we had was they charged our cc 2x for our room.
We got our reservation thru ******* and the hotel was paid by ******* but the hotel also charged our cc 2x for our stay. I called the hotel and spoke to someone at the front desk and they told me it was an ******* problem and for me to contact them. I waited a day and called back to talk to a manager and he recognized the error and I am in the process of receiving our refund.
