The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. The front desk staff, bell boy, and others we interacted with treated us well, including those at the breakfast/restaurant area. The room was an average room (nice and clean), we didn't get a room with a view, at least that is what was available. That is why I'm giving 3 stars. We ended up using the swimming pool and spa area. After using it for about 20 minutes, a staff member came and told us - to be quiet. We (two of us) didn't even talk as both of us were on our phones. Again, they came back and told us they have another important (high-level Turkish) client and they didn't want us talking at all. I made sure I cancel my massage and hammam booking, I also told them that we are also important and as long as they are treating clients with levels - they can't earn my hard-earned money in that attitude. We complained to the on-duty manager and at that time, we made up our mind to cancel and nothing could change our decision. To be fair, the hotel was good for the price we paid ＜$50 and couldn't complain, but it's the disrespect that made us cancel.

The hotel is old and starting to show its age, bed fine, internet is dreadful, having to keep logging on, very frustrating, TV keeps freezing can only assume it’s the same internet issues, price for B&B &190 so not cheap, asker about the lounge now I’m here and told its €40 per day, breakfast rate here is €25 per day, with the lounge access you can get breakfast, so asked if I could credit my breakfast and book the lounge to be told no, basically everything is set to extract money from you, good member for some time, also an IHG member with top status, would save you money and book the Crowne plaza for half the price, location is next to very old mall with a lot of cheap items. The escalators to take you down do not work, escalators up or working, think they are trying to save money. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Ankara and not the best, but guess it good for the American standard of hotel.

The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the fruit is fresh and there are good cherries. The hotel staff is friendly and English is fluent. Also helped us upgrade to a suite, and will stay again next time. Eating around, shopping is convenient, arrive in five minutes. A true American hotel, several times better than the same hotel we stayed in in Istanbul.

The facilities, rooms, and the morning breakfast were wonderful. This is a nice place for business traveller's, unfortunately this NOT a great place for families. Throughout our stay, the staff made us feel incredibly unwelcome in this place, as if we were much lower on the scale of importance than their business / government official guests. Whether we were in the lobby, visiting the pool, using the stairs, etc my wife and I were asked repeatedly if we just came off the street and whether we were really guests at the hotel. One or two times is fine, but after 8-10 times you begin to feel a bit unwelcome. The workers at the pool looked like they had never seen children before in their facility. One worker tried to tell us that our older children can only use the toddler pool, and that the normal pool was only for adults! When our family of 5 asked for pool towels they gave us 2-3 towels. When we asked for more towels later they took 5 minutes to call their boss and count out our previously used towels, while our children stood their shivering in the cold. They eventually gave us the towels but we were told that the reason for the delay was because we don't want to do extra laundry! 🤔 Overall, families coming for a relaxing holiday clearly doesn't fit into their normal demographic of clients. And the staff seemed to go out of their way to find direct or indirect ways of communicating this. NOT recommended for families with children!

I switched from the Sheraton next door to this real luxury hotel for a few bucks more. Worth it! As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, I was delighted to be upgraded to an executive suite. The hotel is connected to the Sheraton. The only hitch is that one no longer gets access to the Sheraton Club Lounge. My whining about it resulted in getting a carafe of white liquid being sent to my room. Awesome! The staff is very professional and pleasant. Started with the front desk lady Icyma (sp?) and continued with the concierge, butler, breakfast staff etc. The complimentary valet parking was a big plus. Recommendation: exceptional.

The hotel is charming. There is a really nice Scottish pub inside the hotel itself (Old Harpist). Average breakfast. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to many eateries and pubs in Tunali. The rooms are pretty small. The bedding is good. However, the walls are not soundproof and thus if you wish to have a restful sleep it may go wrong in case you happen to have a noisy neighbor in a close by room. This is the reason why we moved to a different hotel in the area after two nights. Otherwise it's value for money.

Stayed for 11 days: Beautiful hotel which is super clean and comfortable. Fresh Chocolates to die for, made in the hotel! Decor of the chandeliers is amazing. Restaurant meals were delicious with a lot of healthy dishes Salmon noodle (eristeli somon) and ot kavurma (fried herbs and veggie) were my favorites You should definitely try the tahini dessert as well. Massive swimming pool, constantly checked for cleanliness. I forgot my slippers in the room but I was given a pair of free flip flops as a courtesy Room was super comfortable Bed was massive and so relaxing( i think the duvet was from duck feathers and the mattress was very thick and ergonomic) Carpets were white very soft and super clean. Work area: Very well thought and comfortable. I was able to log in from work from the work station Dry Cleaning: Collected and delivered to the room Reception staff were very helpful. Upon providing our passports they helped us to apply for HES codes (essential to get into shops in Covid environment). Hotel ventilation was very well thought, and checked frequently to ensure air quality is good.

We entered to stay in a different hotel in Ankara with my wife but we weren't happy and went to the shop by chance and told the friend at the reception that he welcomed us very well. He told us that we would be more nice to stay in the suite room because we were first to stay, and gave us the suite room instead of the standard. We were happy with everything.Clean foods smiled personnel .... Our address is clear every time we arrive in Ankara afterwards. It is a great exquisite, elite people and extreme guests. Thank you very much. We will certainly be your guests again and again and we will continue to advise all our friends. A 5-star company.
