The hotel is located in the high-end residential area and embassy area of Ankara. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. The hotel facilities are also very good.
Facilities: fully equipped gym, swimming pool. Highly recommended

The staff at the Lugal is what makes this hotel extra special. They really make me feel at home. As a business man there is nothing better that being greeted by Ali or get assistance with a big smile by Yagmur at the reception. That is one of the reasons I keep going back to the Lugal...

Ein richtig tolles Hotel, freundlicher und netter Empfang, der Concierge war stets sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Check/ -in -out war problemlos, sehr höflich, fragte nach und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und aber zentral. Wir machten vieles zu Fuss (Atatürk Blv, ...) Das Hotel und das Zimmer (inklusive Badezimmer) waren immer sehr sauber und es riecht sehr angenehm. Housekeeping säubert Oberflächen, staubsaugt,Ecken waren sauber...super, Danke! Unser Zimmer war 1A, gross und sauber alles funktionnierte. Lichtmanagement etwas schwierig. Es gibt eine Klima, TV, Wifi, Safe, kleiner Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und täglich Wasserflaschen. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, man könnte etwas besser abdunkeln, leider sind die Vorhänge einige cm zu kurz. Das Bett ist super bequem und wir schliefen sehr gut. Frühstücken kann man im Lugal Hotel à la Carte (Qualität und Quäntität nichts zu bemängeln, jedoch der Service war nicht besonders aufmerksam oder organisiert) oder im Sheraton am Büffet (reichhaltig, frisch, sehr nettes Personal und aufmerksam) früjstücken. Das Hotel Lugal und Sheraton sind miteinander verbunden. Man kann sowohl im Sheraton wie auch im Lugal speisen oder Sport machen. Pool und Fitness, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Spa Massagen hatten wir und die beiden Damen waren super freundlich, aufmerksam und die Massagen sehr angenehm. Tolles Erlebnis, gerne wieder. Abendessen im Lugal Restaurant Aruna war leider etwas enttäuschend. Die Qualität war ansich in Ordnung, jedoch das Service Personal wirkte genervt und nicht aufmerksam. Abendessen im Bistrot Sheraton, war sehr gut. Personal nett, aufmerksam und das Essennsehr gut. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine kleine Shoppingmall.

My stay at Lugal Hotel in Ankara was wonderful! The staff truly made the experience stand out. Sinem made check-in a breeze, and Aysima ensured my checkout was efficient and friendly. A special mention to Bura, who went above and beyond in guiding me on where to go and what to see in the city. The hotel itself was luxurious and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience in Ankara.

Such a lovely & pleasant stay. Absolutely clean, especially during the pandemic with a baby & couldn’t feel safer. Excellent location with access to everything that you can imagine with an absolutely safe feeling. The staff was very respectively helpful 24/7. Their English was very fluent & they were extremely helpful in all matters; we had no problem at all. Would recommend anybody to this lovely unique hotel with a private & luxury experience. Definitely would come straight back to this beautiful hotel again with no doubt about it. Thank you so much & can’t wait to come back & see them all again. In one word, Excellent!!

Nice stay in Ankara
The staff are wonderful. They gave me an upgrade to a suite since it was available. everyone was super polite and super helpful. very clean. nicely located and walkable to shops and cafes.
