The room is very small and does not have the facilities that a four-star hotel should have. They promised to change to a bigger room but they always said it was full. The experience was average

The room was nice, but the wifi was very slow. The hotel staff was very nice. We checked in early and let us in. At night, water spilled on the bed, and they also changed the sheets for me. Breakfast is also delicious

Terrible Experience Due to Construction Noise and
I was checked into a room next to a construction site, and I listened to the sounds of jackhammers and construction all day. I couldn't rest. Upon checking out, they asked for additional money but couldn't explain why. A bad experience with this hotel.

Bayram tatili için 3 gecelik konaklama yaptım hotelde. Öncelikle iyi taraflarından bahsetmem gerekirse,
1. Temiz oda.
2. Geniş ve ferah yaşam alanları.
3. Nazik kibar personel.
4. Lokasyon.
Beğenmediğim özellikler ise,
1. Oda servisi yoktu. Resepsiyonu arayıp emin olmak istedim fakat oda servisi olmadığını söylediler.
2. Minibar bomboştu. Yani soğuk içecekler koymak ve minibarı dolu tutmak zor bir şey olmasa gerek.
3. Bildiğim kadarıyla günlük düzenli hosekeeping ile odalar derlenip toparlanır, havlular vs değiştirilir, içecekler (ki sadece 2 adet şaşal su) yenilenir fakat kaldığım 3 gün boyunca odaya elini bile sürmediler, ilginç geldi bana.

Yanındaki binadaki eğlence yeri yüksek sesli müzikle gece yarısını buluyor. Oda dekorasyonu daha iyi olabilirdi. Banyodani stor perdenin çubuğu bozuktu. Kahvaltı oldukça iyiydi. Otopark imkanı şehir merkezi için çok iyi.
