It was a nice, clean and quality hotel. I recommend it.

Cleaning starts at 7am at the hotel and it is impossible to sleep or rest. We also asked for a shoehorn to put on our shoes. We went down to the reception, the female employee on duty said it was not in our concept and snapped. How can a hotel not have a shoehorn???

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Quite a clean room, good breakfast. Of course, after a week I got tired of it, the dishes are the same every day, but the choice is large enough, if you set a goal, you can avoid repeating yourself. A good conference room and excellent catering - no questions asked, everything is super. Strange: it is stated that there is an iron and a bathrobe in the room. But in fact, there are none. If you do not ask - there will be none. However, upon request, they bring both. Quite quickly. And then they do not take them away)) Negative: I booked a non-smoking room. In reality, the room is smoky. And there is an ashtray on the table. A couple of days later they also brought matches)) In response to my complaints at the reception, they began to assure me that this was definitely a non-smoking room, although they could not explain the presence of an ashtray. The promised pool also did not work, although, unfortunately, there was no information about this anywhere in advance.

The room is too old. The location is very good and convenient. There are many restaurants and shopping malls around. It is very convenient to travel and it is easy to get a taxi. I walked around and hope that the room can be updated.
