Ardos Park Hotel

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. When I complained about the rooms I had booked, the hotel owner started shouting at me. I told him to lower his voice because I deserve to be treated better as a customer, but he behaved aggressively and in a ****** manner after asking me about my country. The photos on the Trip.com page were completely different from reality, which was clearly misleading. Even the hotel owner blamed Trip.com and said they deceive customers by showing different pictures from the actual rooms. The rooms were extremely small, the bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them, and the bathroom was tiny with a hole where rats could enter. I paid 133 dollars for the highest-priced room including breakfast, but what I received felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. When I complained, he told me there were no other rooms available. It was a terrible experience because of the poor treatment and deception. I hope Trip.com will help me get my rights back after what happened. كانت ليلة سيئة جداً في هذا الفندق. عندما اعترضت على الغرف التي حجزتها، بدأ صاحب الفندق بالصراخ عليّ. أخبرته أن يخفض صوته لأنني أستحق أن أُعامل بشكل أفضل كزبون، لكنه تعامل معي بعصبية وعنصرية بعد أن سألني عن بلدي. الصور الموجودة في صفحة Trip.com كانت مختلفة تماماً عن الواقع، وهذا خداع واضح. حتى صاحب الفندق نفسه اتهم Trip.com بالخداع وقال إنهم يعرضون صوراً مختلفة عن الحقيقة. الغرف كانت صغيرة جداً، والفرش متسخ وفيه شعر، والحمام صغير ويوجد فيه فتحة يمكن أن تدخل منها الجرذان. دفعت 133 دولاراً مقابل أعلى سعر مع وجبة فطور، لكن ما حصلت عليه كان أشبه بالسجن وليس غرفة فندق. وعندما اشتكيت قال إنه لا توجد غرف غير هذه. كانت تجربة سيئة جداً بسبب سوء المعاملة والخداع، وأتمنى من Trip.com أن يأخذوا حقي من هذا الفندق بسبب ما تعرضت له. Ona sesini alçaltmasını söyledim çünkü bir müşteri olarak daha iyi muamele görmeyi hak ediyorum. Ancak hangi ülkeden olduğumu sorduktan sonra bana karşı agresif ve ırkçı davrandı. Trip.com sayfasındaki fotoğraflar gerçekte gördüğümüz odalardan tamamen farklıydı. Bu açıkça yanıltıcıydı. Hatta otel sahibi bile Trip.com’u suçladı ve müşterilere gerçek odalardan farklı fotoğraflar gösterildiğini söyledi. Odalar çok küçüktü, çarşaflar kirliydi ve üzerinde saç vardı. Banyo çok küçüktü ve içeri fare girebilecek bir delik vardı. Kahvaltı dahil en pahalı oda için 133 dolar ödedim ama bana verilen yer otel odasından çok bir hapishane hücresi gibiydi. Şikayet ettiğimde başka oda olmadığını söyledi. Kötü muamele ve aldatma nedeniyle çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Trip.com’un yaşadığım bu mağduriyet konusunda hakkımı almasına yardımcı olmasını istiyorum.

I stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.

there was nobody to talk in English and the reception actually do nothing because they don't understand English. there was no internet in the room and also bad connection in the lobby .

The experience was very good but the room was cold at night.

Unfortunately the worst accommodation I ever came accross. The first room was extremely messy, filthy and looked like a construction site, there has been no cleaning, hairs and stains all over the place. I switched my room but the 2nd one was only offered a little better conditions, still hairs and stains of prior guests on the floor and in the sink. Though I booked 7 nights in advance, I only stayed one night as I felt extremely uncomfortable. All furniture was extremely used, bathroom got just painted and the red old tiles shined through. Cheap amenities were already used. Only the towels were clean. The staff were kind but they also did not try to do sth against the bad conditions in the hotel. Don’t get fooled by the average until good recommendations, the place is never a 4 star hotel. Barley better than a hostel. I checked out after one night wrapped up in towels not to touch the bed and stained linens. The staff did not care about my complaint and did not compensate any costs, so I wasted 350€. I tried to issue a complaint via Trip.com which got rejected by the hotel. I think Trip.com should provide better customer service in case hotels are just fooling their clients as the pictured rooms are not comparable with reality. Very dissatisfied.

Had a problem with our shower and they upgraded our room. Nice front staff. 10 minute walk from Kizilai/Metro but going up a very big hill
