Motel Hotels in Anji

The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The resort hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, with a quiet environment. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and tidy, and the beds are wide and comfortable, which improves the quality of sleep. The outdoor swimming pool has clear water and a suitable temperature. It is fun to play with children in the afterglow. When the lights are turned on at night, the night view of the stream at the door is like a dream. There are plenty of parking spaces and charging piles. Great value for money!

I chose this hotel for off-peak travel. I got off at Jingdezhen-Hangzhou West, 🚗 and it took about an hour to get here, and I took a taxi from Anji Station 🚄 for half an hour. Service: After checking in, there will be direct communication with the housekeeper. I would like to praise Xiao Chen here. He arranged the entire itinerary very well and recommended places to play nearby. I am very satisfied with this road-sick man, including the uncle on the shuttle bus, who was also very enthusiastic. Environment: Because I arrived too late, I was upgraded to 🛖. The toiletries were all from Herborist. The room was also very clean and tidy overall. Because there was 🛁, it also included a disposable bathtub cover. The complimentary Tremella soup was also delicious. What I like most is the atmosphere of the single-family house and the large balcony. It is also convenient to dry the clothes after changing. The layout of the furnishings is also very reasonable. I have a small disadvantage. If the curtains are all drawn, it is a bit dark to rely on the room lights alone. Facilities: Because the hotel is still under construction, I have only experienced it so far. Boating 🚣, swimming pool, and sour plum soup are all good places for taking photos. The Big Gourd Paradise is blocked off, probably under renovation, it would be better to put up a sign to say so. I will definitely come back when the hot spring is built~

The 3-night experience at Hantian Resort was great! The housekeeper Xiaoyan had contacted me the night before departure and sent me a lot of hotel tips. On the first day of check-in, I experienced the cleanliness, atmosphere, tidiness and beautiful scenery of the hotel room! 💚There are drinks and snacks in the mini bar every day, which are replenished every day👍The level of the Filipino singers in the mountaintop cafe is really superb, and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is really super photogenic. Soaking in the hotel's hot springs at night, although it was a hot day, it felt quite cool when I came out of the hot spring😜There is also a white tea museum in the hotel, and the scenery in front of the window is not inferior to the white tea viewing platform, so we didn't go out to bask in the sun🍀What satisfied me most was the Hanfu experience in the hotel, which allowed me to take photos of my life. Teacher Yang, who did my hair, was really a master. He helped me design a beautiful hairstyle, and with the professionalism of the photographer, he took the photos I liked very much! I was really moved at the time🥰There is also a tea mountain in the hotel, and there is the Yanglong Pavilion where Chen Qiaoen checked in. The hiking trail is not difficult to climb, it is worth a visit! There is also a nighttime singing bowl therapy activity, which is also full of experience! The hotel's breakfast variety is also rich and tastes good. We also ate all our meals at Shuixieju, which was great! In short, Hantian is a hotel I will definitely visit again. It's safe and auspicious, and I will enjoy the mountains and rivers in Hantian!

The room is very special, and the stay experience is very good, especially you can visit Yunshang Grassland in the morning and evening to avoid the crowds and high temperatures, and the check-in is very smooth! The day before check-in, housekeeper Rose helped us upgrade to a family room according to the room reservation. On the day of check-in, there was a thunderstorm. Housekeeper Rose paid attention to the opening hours of the cableway while taking care of our emotions. She also helped us arrange new plans properly and made perfect use of the waiting time. At 4:30 in the morning, she helped us contact the shuttle bus to watch the sunrise. The sunrise was really beautiful. This is also the reason why we chose the starry sky at the beginning. You can watch the sunrise on the Yunhai Plank Road. Our suitcases are heavy, and a girl rushed to help us move our luggage. No matter where we check in, they helped us book the travel vehicle as soon as possible, and shared with us the delicious and authentic Tujia dishes in Anji County. During the entire stay, they were online at any time to help us solve every detail problem. I really love them! I feel that every staff member of the hotel is simple and enthusiastic. They work very vigorously and are very efficient in solving problems. I have to give a thumbs up to them and to the starry sky!

I was looking for a homestay where I can climb mountains and soak in hot springs. I searched online for a long time. I found this one. I read the reviews with mixed reviews. I was actually apprehensive before checking in. However, the truth is that there are always surprises. The B&B occupies a large area nearby. The entrance is a spacious courtyard, and the interior decoration is quite artistic. It used to be a root carving art gallery, which was later transferred to the locals as a B&B. The owner has another business, and the homestay is just a sideline. But the decoration materials are all branded products, the room layout is spacious and reasonable, TOTO bathroom, smart toilet, and chandeliers are also very design. In particular, the store turned on the floor heating + air conditioner in advance to make the check-in experience more warm. There are mahjong rooms, calligraphy experience, trampoline, swimming pool and hot spring outside. The hot spring is surrounded by glass on three sides, heated by mountain spring water, surrounded by stones, and built with a pergola, there is still a sense of a**osphere. But when we went, the temperature was too low and the water temperature was not hot enough, so we didn't go down to experience it. The hotel has a lot of room types to choose from. The room facing the back mountain has a particularly beautiful view. The room facing the street is soundproofed with soundproof glass, so that I, a poor sleeper, can sleep peacefully. If you want to talk about the shortcomings of this restaurant, the breakfast is too simple, almost the same every day, with 7-8 varieties, but you can still eat enough without demanding. There is a fixed menu for dinner, which needs to be booked in advance. The food is delicious and the price is slightly higher. There is a rafting spot near the homestay. It is said that it is very popular in summer, and there is also a route to climb Dragon King Mountain. Equipment is needed to go up the mountain in this season. If you want to take a walk, there is also a mountain road behind the homestay. Climbing in the morning, you can enjoy a mountain forest to yourself, the sunlight penetrates the swaying green bamboos, the ice hanging from the rocks on one side of the mountain road, and the jumping spring water on the other side, the scenery is pleasant. In short, we have experienced the dynamic ink landscape in rainy days, the blue sky, white clouds and green bamboo in sunny days, and the flying snowflakes and icicles in snowy days. Although the price is higher during the Spring Festival, it is definitely worth it!

I am very satisfied. The scenery in the early morning is amazing. The smoke is lingering, the mountains are undulating, and the black tiles and white walls are like an ink painting. The off-peak tour was very comfortable and they upgraded our room for us. I experienced the hotel's sauna, herbal steaming, sea salt steaming, and several pools, and it was still very good. There was a foreign band performing in the evening and they sang very well. The breakfast is rich and exquisite.

I have wanted to go to this hotel for a long time. The room is nice and the service is very thoughtful. The hotel is on the mountain. It happened to snow, and the online taxi driver's car was not anti-slip, so I contacted the hotel and the hotel sent a car to pick us up. The front desk can make an appointment for the hot spring time to ensure that the guests who travel with you can enjoy the hot spring alone. The hotel also has a helicopter, but it cannot be used in winter. When the spring comes, the hotel can provide free pick-up and drop-off. As the New Year is approaching, the hotel also set off fireworks. The hotel's afternoon tea is also great.
