房間很贊，寶寶很喜歡在上下鋪上爬上爬下，百草園很好玩，寶寶喜歡做小火車，低幼寶寶建議直奔動物世界，歡樂世界碰碰車都要1米2，管家小李很負責，非常贊

整體很滿意，房間環境不錯，服務也好，提前主動詢問是否要裝床圍欄。最關鍵的是性價比非常高，1000左右的房間，卻包含了兩張百草園的門票和2張歐洲小火車。百草園非常大，帶着長者小孩，一天下來衹逛了三分之一，所以以後還會再來。

设施：有多座大樓，設施全面，鄰近中南百草原和歐洲小火車，也有打卡活動吸引我們四處去看看。 但在淡季有不少設施關閉，但不影響體驗，要做好心理準備。
环境：在百草原內，空氣環境都十分好。睡得特別甜。房間能看到獅子玩耍，早上聽到獅子吼叫，十分有趣。
服务：早一天管家小李主動聯絡，解釋酒店附近設施和各景點行程的攻略，有任何問題都很快回覆。 到達酒店後，所有店員都很有禮貌。

感謝管家小李，出行前添加了微，發了定位和注意事項，還詢問了我們的需求，幫我們裝了床圍欄。中南旗下的酒店，入住送小火車、送中南百草園門票，辦理入住時直接幫我們免費升級了房型，住了親子房，親子房還有個上下鋪，小朋友很喜歡爬。酒店底樓有吃飯的地方，自助，贈送的早餐不錯，晚飯需要付費，可以早點去，可以坐在可以看到獅子的位置。

服務態度非常好！我們一家人抵達的時候已經22點多了，無論前台還是客房服務都很温馨，水果也很新鮮。早餐品種很多；午餐在二號樓點單的價格適合，口味很不錯。坐了小火車還去了百草園全家玩的都很開心！一次愉快的旅程
