管家小吳非常貼心周到！！！！！！！！！！

The weather was not good. It rained a little on the first day. Although it was uncomfortable to wear a raincoat, I was able to appreciate the mountain scenery in the clouds. I shuttled through the clouds and mist, and felt like a fairy. The hotel is built on the mountain. From the outside to the inside, it is made into a tree house style, which is very distinctive. The housekeeper Jacky Zhang added WeChat in advance and guided us all the way. He took the initiative to inform us of the daily activities and opening conditions. The service was quite good. The next day, the rain stopped and the sky cleared up. I found that I could see the Yunhai Pier in the room. The park is very large, with many attractions for all ages. Those exciting attractions are free, and it is definitely worth the ticket price to play them all.

天文酒店非常新奇有趣，入住大方的升級了家庭房，孩子直接當成了洞穴探險。管家小吳也是有求必應，遇到惡劣天氣也主動幫忙安排，沒有讓我們遇到困難。非常不錯的體驗，期待後續再會～

雖説天公不作美，景區霧濛濛的，沒法玩。但酒店還是不錯的，給我們升級了房間，管家服務也很周到，全程幫忙提行李，專車接送。因下雨天，開放了一個室內樂園給我們免費玩。

做為年假期間家庭出遊第一站，對雲上草原的遊玩住宿非常滿意，管家Jacky張全程優質貼心五星級服務，蒼穹觀星房非常浪漫舒適，早餐雖然吃的套餐，但是也算超級豐富，值得推薦的一家酒店👍👍👍

設施比較老，不過設計的還比較新穎，小朋友喜歡。山上吃的選擇比較少，最好帶點零食。小冰箱東西免費還是很不錯的

環境優美，管家TACO很盡心，照顧的很周到。
