客服其實還蠻好的，衹是生氣的是:我遺留了全套洗漱用品和孩子的洗漱用品，但是退房是中午11點多，現在已經22點20左右，打電話問了，才知道放在前台了，我們身份訊息也明確是外地遊客，為什麼沒有電話通知我一聲，有物品遺留了，問了服務員知道放前台了竟然也沒有問我要回寄地址，因為我問了為什麼，要一個回覆，竟然就這樣掛了，我需要的是幫我回寄，現在徹底無語了

地下停車場車位比較多，免費停車，很方便。前台服務貼心，大堂副理還幫忙免費升級成大大的陽台房。早餐菜品味道好，種類多。位置便利，周圍飯店購物商場也多而且交通十分方便。

It was my first time staying in this hotel on a business trip. The new Chinese style is unique. The hotel facilities are complete. After dinner, I went to the back garden to soak in the hot springs. Xiao Guo at the front desk provided thoughtful service and helped answer any questions. I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance
